Sin and Grace | Nathan Finochio | YTHX2020

Pastor Nathan Finochio brought us both a hilarious and revolutionary teaching on sin and grace during YTHX2020. He talked about a "Ferrari kind of grace" and the humility required to receive it. Pastor Nathan reminded us that there is more grace in Jesus than there is sin in us and he challenged us to not live a life controlled by fear by opening up about his own personal struggle with anxiety. In the midst of making us laugh out loud, he taught us that the human heart is a factory for idols and he led us to think about all the ways we reject God's best for our lives. This really spoke to my heart. I struggle with negative thought, low self esteem and I feel that I have no value.i dont really know who I am and ask myself if I will ever accomplish something. I've even suicidal thoughts sometimes. But this message gave me the courage to start working on myself and tell someone about it. I'm tired of being chained to these thoughts.
