Wonderful tribute to the most beautiful man I've ever seen. First fell in love with Tyrone Power as Count Axel de Fersen in MGM's 1938 historical film "Marie Antoinette". I Love all his movies! So sad he left this world way too soon, and before I was even born. In the spirit of the his movie "I'll Never Forget You" I wish I could go back in time and meet him in person.
Wonderful and amazing man! It is so sad he has lived such a short life! I think Romina is gorgeous with her father! Rest In Peace Tyrone, God keeps your soul in heaven!

Brings back wonderful.memories of my dear Mother @ her Sister, (my Dearest Aunt) as they would rave about Tyrone. ...his acting @ how Good Looking he was. Nothing beats the classics..,Hollywood has turned SO corrupt, perverted @ SO ugly.

My mother introduced me to Tyrone Power films, so I have a second generation crush on him! My all time favorite actor and I just can't get enough of those close ups! I just watched The Black Swan the other day--he's still absolutely stunning. He's also one of the best swordsmen on the silver screen.

I Loved and Adored Tyrone Power! Way before I was born 1946 He was born 1914 could have been my father! So glad my Sweet Mom, watched these classic movies with me as a child! I loved everyone of them, especially Marie Antoinette and Suez! He was Gorgeous a Sweetheart, Tyrone, was a Fabulous actor! He looked exactly like my daughter’s father! Love him Forever! I wanted to Grow up and marry him but he was gone long before I was an adult. So sad he passed so young the whole world loved him! Hope I get to meet him in Heaven someday and give him a hug and kiss! ❤️💙😘🙏🦋💕💜xoxo

Will always love Tyrone Power -- a great talent (underrated bc of that gorgeous face -- but he was a true thespian by nature and bloodline), a US Marine pilot during WWII (enlisted to serve in the Pacific front, a hero), and a truly good and gentle man...

He was not overlooked.....he was one of Hollywood's most beautiful men and a very talented actor........and a legend in his own time....and now with DVD's and Blueray he is being discovered by more and more people, he will never be forgotten.

Pues tiene películas fascinantes y se pueden ver. Mis preferidas y no las más conocidas son:
El Cisne Negro, El filo de la navaja, El Capitán de Castilla, Love news y Café Metropol.
El gran e inolvidable Tyrone Power filmó cerca de 50 películas y sus preferidas eran sólo 4: "Sangre y Arena" (1941), "El callejón de las almas perdidas" (1947), "Abandonen el barco!" (1957) y "Testigo de cargo" (1957). Era muy autocrítico!

Una vez le dijo a su hija, Romina que él había decidido seguir la carrera de actor luego de haber visto las películas de Power, las cuales le encantan. Saludos! :)

Did you change the video, Anna? Did you make it more extensive on another channel? Those of us who admire this actor (there is no gender for admiration), thank you for sharing it. And about Ty, what to say? That he could play any role, but from what I've read he was kind, a good friend, a companion to his co-stars. I have not read anything bad about his life, and if there was, it was his life and he had the same right that we should all have, to live it as he wanted. Too bad he left so soon. RIP. Tyrone Edmund Power Jr.
Can someone please tell me what happened with his movie “The Mississippi Gambler”? I think it was one of his best, along with the beautiful Piper Laurie.
IMPOSSIBLY PRETTY. Any listing of the handsomest actors of all time that doesn't have Ty Power at the top is a typographical error!! Power as a young man was so good looking that fans would have been drawn to him even with mediocre acting. He was anything but a mediocre actor!! Like Cary Grant, solid acting was concealed in a facade of scintillating glamor. His leading ladies Colleen Gray and Alice Faye echoed that sentiment. Both of them maintained that Power was the best looking man they'd ever seen. Watch the movies The Mark of Zorro and Jesse James and see if you disagree. THERE IS NEARLY NO ONE, NO ONE, IN THE LAST 70 YEARS IN HOLLYWOOD TO MATCH HIM. If I could think of one actor in that time it would be Richard Chamberlain. Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise would look like they'd been in a Trash Compactor by comparison!! Argue the best actor. The best looking one is an open and shut case. As Power's biographer Fred Guise stated, "A man almost too good looking to be true."
