While this is wonderful and a good idea, the trouble we had with these when trying to hang them, is the type of plastic they're made of. When hanging, the weight caused breaks in them, and even stacking them too high has the same tragedy. Great concept, wrong material. We still love these and your idea.
Thanks for stopping by.... I have had no problem with mine.... Its still together.... Mine is leaves in the middle and top soil very airy soil.... and i have holes for water to leak out.... Have you tried it..??????? I only stacked mine two
@@OrganicRawRootsFarm we didn't use leaves in the middle as you did, we hand a handful or two of fine mulch at the bottoms to help keep soil inside as we had enlarged the original drain holes and removed the bottom water catch caps. Our first attempt was a 6 tier strawberry tower that sat on level ground and for some reason we came out to find the whole thing toppled over and 3 had cracked. We tried hanging several 3 tier stacks, but we did this by burning a hole through the middle(a drill bit was cracking them) and running threaded rod through them and a round 3/4 inch piece of plywood on the bottom to support the middle. Eventually we started seeing cracks from the weight I guess. Although that did take over a year to appear, it sadly did happen. Now we just have 2 stacks of 3 to hold our strawberry plants.
@@AraceaeFanatics on one tower we put a pipe through it that worked wonders.... I had one fall but it was a winter storm and wind was kicking.... Now i havnt had sun damage yet... but ill let you know this summer cause i took them to the farm.... my strawberries did grow in those things did yours???? Since i am keeping just herbs.... lets see how that goes... i never thought about burning holes

Dollar Tree is my absolute favorite for gardening supplies! They go so quick tho so it's also a bit frustrating :) Great idea with this! I just wouldn't be able to hurt a tree by hanging it on there, so I will find another spot :) thank you!
We moved and the tree is gone so sad... they tore the RV park down... Now it hangs on the chicken coop... and we moving it to the big garden soon.... thanks for stopping by.... I might try to come up with another idea for it

Hey lady I opened your package yesterday. OMG you're packaging for the seeds were beautiful. I racorded a video of me. Openig it and showing everything. But iam going to have to re-record it my son unpluged my mic somehow and it has no sound 😭 its not going to be the same as the 1st reaction 😫 I wanted to say thank you soooo much, u are extremely talented with drawing on those seed packages loved them iam keeping them as a keepsake are those coffee filters?
