However it is very unfair of how you guys mock other people's videos etc... because as far as I'm concerned, you don't do the same when watching videos from other countries such as Nigeria and other. In South Africa, English is the medium language of communication. It is by far the most used language in the country. Most people around here, don't have a strong accent which makes them sound African. Therefore do not think these musicians are trying to immitate other parts of the world. Infact, there's different types of artists here who use different types of languages and different types of sounds in specific genres. Hip hop/ Rap is a genre and its a culture on it's own, which is from the US... therefore rappers(from SA) who rap using the language/do not add any African element in their music, and are using same type of beats aren't doing anything wrong.
