Glad I found your page. Coming back to Tibia after 15 years or so. Its been hard finding a channel that is easily understood and in English!. Keep up the great content 👌
Really cool video. I came back from 1 year pause to find I was loosing a lot of turns by having part of my attack hotkeys in shift+Fx. You gave me really fresh ideas and a new point of view on how to plan for a new efficient hotkey set. I will try to make mine similar to yours but to also ensure healings are also on the keyboard rather than only on mouse
Awesome, the "separation of concerns" thing is by far the most important thing you can do with your hotkey setup, but I would just change one thing, and it is moving the defensive setup to the keyboard, I tend to think that spamming skills all the time as pots + heals can damage the mouse in the long run, and can be a little tiresome for the thumb since you're kinda mashing it sideways. But overall I think its a perfect hotkey setup
just got an ek and im just now getting my keybinds set up. i don’t seem to favor having exura med ico on the same hand as my potions. ideally it seems like you want to spam them together.
Do you know if there're fellow knights out there playing with mouse only? I've tried it today on my 476 ek and find it impossible to press everything with only a thumb and now i've found your video. Gonna try similar setup tomorrow :) cheerios
@@Khanryu I do the same. I hunt only with mouse buttons + WASD, but I agree it's not optimal. I definitely think I miss healing turns whilst my thumb moves away to reach an attack spell, which can slow me down a lot. I'm trying a new setup similar to this now, but my muscle memory is so strong for mouse hunting 😄
I‘ve tried your setup and I’m struggling with drinking manas and spamming exuras at the same time like you do in your videos. Are you just holding down the buttons, Spam them together or are you just switching between them very fast?
Hey, I'm switching between them very fast. I think holding down the buttons/spamming them together would interfere with auto attacks. If you find it easier you can switch the hotkeys around. Put your exura and potions on keyboard, and your attacking spells on your mouse.
my hotkey set comes from the release of hotkeys, i still use what i used to use, i can manage to use all spells with 1 hand having 12 hk using just f1-f4 with ctrl or shift
Maybe you have big hands :) For me it's a struggle to hit so many different key combinations. Using side of a mouse is much easier, at least for me. To each their own!
you probably need to remap them to something via the software for your mouse, check out this manual 'Button Assignment': en.sharkoon.com/Download/Gaming/Mouse/Light2_200/dmn_software_Light2_200_en_04.pdf
Don't think I ever made one. Personally I use one of two rotations. With T2 exori mas in Wheel: 1. Exori gran 2. Exori 3. Exori mas Repeat all while always on utito Otherwise: 1. Exori gran 2. Exori 3. Exori min Repeat all while always on utito
Cześć . kupiłem niedawno myszkę gamingową , jak ustawić hotkeye w samej tibi? jak chce ustawić na bocznym klawiszu 1 to wyskakuje komunikat " the hotkey is already in use and will be overwritten"
I had a Logitech G402 where I used 4 hotkeys on the mouse (med ico, smp, exori and exori gran). Now I've bought a Logitech G600 and I'm struggling to "separate concepts", with my mouse now only healing, attacking with my keyboard hotkeys. Is it really that problematic to combine attack and healing spells in the same hand? Is it worth insisting on the separation of concepts?
Hey. Well I guess it depends how you find it. I know that when I tried using potions + attacking all on my mouse, my thumb was going crazy and I was missing turns healing/using mana potions, reducing my efficiency. If you have magical fingers which can use lots of hotkeys consistently without missing cooldowns, then you can stick to it. But it's just a lot easier for your fingers to have separate 'duties'/'cooldown groups'.
I have a mouse with 2 side buttons but i'm not installing any 3rd party software to make it work. Cipsoft should implement native compatibility lol I use 12345 for attacks, QE for health/mana pots, RTF XCV for support/tools I can easily include Shift+ in any of those groups. This has been my setup in all MMORPGs I've played over the course of many years and it hasn't failed once.

Also would love to see a guide for old players returning especially with so many changes etc...
this helped me alot. especially the 'separation of concerns' - I like the idea to use my attack on left hand and rest on the mouse.

Great video once again, thanks!
fellow computer science guy 😁 thanks for the video!
Thank you for this guide
Would love to see your keyboard hand movements recorded during a hunt, I can't escape arrow keys 😅

Ye, I basically only use the mouse with 12 hotkeys on it :p not optimal probably, but it works ok.

Quick question. How do u rotate your character for exori min while boxing? using WSAD plus Ctrl?
Yup, WASD and ctrl
Nice video
what is your keyboard? could you give a name of that?
Drop ALT
Why won’t skeletons fight each other?
what would u do for an druis/sorc?
i have a sharkoon light2 200 and can't assign the mouse4 and mouse5, you know why?

can i set up a mouse hotkeys when my mouse doesnt have a dedicated software to it?
No idea, you'd need to refer to your mouse guide/manafacturer.
i see alot of mousewheel scroll up/down for HP pot/Mana pot. What do you have mapped on them?
F1/F3, with F2 for Exura. Scroll does work though yeah
How do you set the scroll to work?
This will be done via your mouse software. You would need to look into that.@@6969catman
I can't find the rotation guide that you mentioned. Where is it?
Don't think I ever made one.
Personally I use one of two rotations.
With T2 exori mas in Wheel:
1. Exori gran
2. Exori
3. Exori mas
Repeat all while always on utito
Otherwise:
1. Exori gran
2. Exori
3. Exori min
Repeat all while always on utito
