I have to laugh when people tell me to get with the program and get a modern telephone. I have a beautiful orange/red western electric wall phone in the kitchen. It was made in 1968 and still works the day my parents decided to buy a phone instead of leasing one from Southern bell. I have an aqua slimline push button in the bedroom and a basic red desktop push button in the living room. I really pissed everyone off when I ditched my cellular service.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I still use a Western Electric 500 rotary phone. When you don't care what other people think, you won't fall for the "need" to "upgrade" technology.
I WOULD RATHER SAVE HISTORY THAN THROWING IT IN THE GARBAGE. BECAUSE, THE MOST PART OF HISTORY IS THAT YOU CAN SHARE IT WITH YOUR GREAT GRANDPARENTS. AND GET PASSED ON 50 YEARS LATER.

That's the only game I have left from when I was a kid. How it stuck around all these years is a mystery :)

oh! how I love to get one. i'm on my 30's now but I love rotary phones compared to the new ones in the market

Nice. I remember those WE phones like they were yesterday. Also noticed a "Run Yourself Ragged" game in the laundry room. I used to love playing that
I want one of those classic rotary dial telephones. I despise modern ipads and things like that. Far too complicated for me and my family.
