So you may want to add a last line of code to pull the screen back to the column (or row) that you want. Something like this: Activewindow.Scrollrow=1 or Activewindow.Scrollcolumn = 1 Just change 1 to whatever column or row you want

But I would like to know after making these tabs, how will I keep a track of Gen Info, Time and earning History for many employees. If I choose an employee name from Gen Info tab, the rest of the tabs could show all Time Clock and Earning related to that specific employee. Hope you get what I am saying. Hi Kunalj, you can just use a drop down list of an employee above all the tabs. When a new employee is selected, all of their information is then filled it. Hi thanks for your comment. There should be no issue since its only the columns that are hidden/shows. Rows are always displayed so there should be no issue at all with additional 20 or even 2000 lines, You may want to freeze the header so that the tabs are always displayed when you have a lot of rows.
