A great interview. Andrea is without doubt, one of the finest Classical Guitarists of our generation. Bravo, Andrea. Best wishes for your continued success.
Adelante Andrea! IMHO opinion, she is one of the best, if not the best classical guitarist in the world. I am truly touched how she plays most everything, especially the Spanish (and Latin American) canon. Apart from her many other skills, her touch and intonation are sublime. I feel that even many of the past masters either raced through or failed to give the delicate nuances the music is calling for. To wit, I just don’t think anyone else brings out the fragile passion that Recuerdos de la Alhambra and Granada require. Don’t even get me started on Lejos de Casa. Brava Andrea! I hope to see you live soon.
