    Very interesting way of doing it. I've always sifted the cocoa powder in the flour and got an ugly green. Will definitely try this

    Love this!! Do you have the recipe somewhere that shows amounts of each ingredient? And also, I’ve never heard of using grape seed oil, does it make a difference in taste versus regular oil?

      Hello, thank you for watching. The written recipe is in the description box or it is under the reply of a recent comment. You can also use olive oil. I use grape seed oil for health benefits. Hope this helps.

    I thort you not suppose to mix a cake batter to long ,you have been mixing it alot aftr each few drops of color thts alot of mixing ,doesn't tht make cake tough or gummy end of day ?

    • @thepotspoonkitchen
      @thepotspoonkitchen  2 месяца назад +1

      @@YolandaCesroe good question. Once the flour goes in, that's when you have to minimize mixing. You cannot allow gluten to form. This cake has baking soda so it's a crumby cake. Thank you for watching 🙂. Hope that helps.
      There is also a reason why is always mix small batches of cakes beginning with mixer and once I add flour, I use hand mixing. Too much air in a cake batter dries it out. Almost everytime you use hand mixing, you will get a moist cake.

    • @thepotspoonkitchen
      @thepotspoonkitchen  2 месяца назад +1
