Gio, what do you think? Is Sales Video Letter crucial for cold emails or we can go ahead without it having all the other points mentioned?
Also can you share a Cold Email template with us so could understand better?

You can start without VSL. But ideally you want to add it to the mix as soon as possible. The more resources you have outside cold email to build trust, the better.
