I’ve always liked the grandpa model of this character, makes no sense in the transformers world to physically age but it shows how much of the war he’s been in, way before the war itself then left to rust on Earth.
I still have my old Jetfire and seeing that compared to this new one makes me wish Hasbro will make larger figures again. Oh well. Still getting this,it’s a huge step up from the previous mold in terms of accuracy.

It sucks that they’re getting smaller but for some collectors that’s a positive, since it takes up less space. Also not ALL of them are smaller, have you seen the 2007 Voyager toys for Starscream and Blackout? Because studio series Starscream is still the same size as that and Blackout is basically a deluxe class lol, and I know the new one is a leader class but still.

However, yes, some of these toys really suffer from being hollow and I find that to be problematic. Specifically this Megatron’s legs are a bit hollow, I don’t mean the truck since that’s necessary for transformation but as in his thighs, you can see the mushroom peg holding his knees and it doesn’t look good. I’ll still buy the figure but it is a shame. My main gripe is with the painting, this can be excused most of the time, but whenever there’s a retooled mold they always make compromises when they could simply just paint it in. For example Ratchet, the original SS figure has his legs painted but the new DOTM doesn’t while painting his face properly, you can see these compromises with the new Optimus as well. There’s a lot of lost opportunities with these figures but I wouldn’t say they’re necessarily the worst. In general, toys have been rising in price but in terms of Transformers it’s not that bad imo, it depends on the buyer but for me they should be 10-20% cheaper if you’re going by the size of the older toys and their prices.

@@CristianHernandez-ed6rs salvo por ese innecesario diorama, cuya queja era meramente un capricho de gente que al parecer no se molesta en ver a sus transformers por debajo en su modo alterno, y por regarla en las letras del helicoptero (el 4500X, el USAF), y las estrellas en los antebrazos que por obvias razones tuvieron que regarla

期待更新合體視頻。一開始載具形態和老版本比較，我心中就暗暗吐槽官方真是要把“縮水”進行到底啊！但是看到最後，人形的比較，還是驚艷到了！確實很還原電影中的設定。看來雖然在大小、材料方面縮水了，但是官方設計師確實還是很有實力的。

SS-35：天火附送的腹肌配件是用在和SS-44：附含貨櫃的柯博文合體時替換其腹肌元件用的，以便讓SS-44和SS-35合體時讓天火的黑色軟膠件部分(合體時天火飛翼的腰帶部分)扣在柯博文腹肌部分上。
附帶一提，“合體腰帶”的處理上，K大處理的很漂亮（我看國外某玩家弄了老半天都弄不好）
這款人形又是媲美雕像等級，超棒!

其實第二集前傳裡，天火長的很壯，頭也沒這麼大，應該是和工程金剛打完後沒能量復原，讓他零件越來越少...

一定先放大+合金再說 . . . 雖然我覺得這也不太算是改進。
底盤可以收的更好，改用拔插變形的方式來合體，類似圍城系列的做法，不要整支像背後靈一樣包住大哥，只把有用到的附件拆下來，組合到大哥的身上，確保合體美形度
加戰損塗裝，並在細節塗一些正確的塗裝
聖凱 底盤不用搞那麼多，直接加蓋版就可以，不過合體該要的進步你說的好
