Whole Collection Project Pan | December Update

Decembers Update for the Whole Collection Project Pan.
DW @dubsbeautydiary and I came together to make these rules but I took inspo from @itsjustStephslife project. You're to start with randomly selecting 10 items to work on and then rolling style from there. 3-5 uses per product. Using this project as a way to declutter my collection and if not, rotating through everything anyway! If I haven't used an item within 2 months (unless extenuating circumstances) it gets decluttered! No more than 2 items from the same category, ie; 2 foundations etc, unless you're specifically ok with it. Magnetic Singles and palettes are not included in this project as they're in their own!
