You can’t really go wrong with a 360mm aio, as long as you do your testing right. I’ve used “Aigo”s aios , it’s a cheap Chinese brand, and ngl it held up with an R7 5700x3d pretty nicely.

Just get a good kit of 2x16 and you will not have to upgrade for years! An AIO is pointless for a 12400F. Just use the included stock cooler! It's a 12400F! What's the worst thing that'll happen, really? The SSD is okay but I'd go with a 980 Pro 500 gb. It's more reliable and it has cache, and MUCH faster speeds. It is 500gb but it's still a better drive by a long shot. The case however seems like a bang for a buck! 6 included fans, that's great! It also seems like it has great cooling capabilities.
