Love my mother to death and beyond!!! But I'm going to say it like this I got to age 16 when I realized that she lacked communication skills and it always led to her getting physical and a lot of the times she could be in the wrong. As a child most of the time we are raised to believe that we don't have a right to tell our parents when they are wrong. I do not raise my children this way! I actually go to my children after those moments where I was wrong and make sure I apologize and acknowledge the fact that I was the one who was in fact in the wrong. With that being said when my mom continue that behavior into my late teens I then had to put a stop to it. Let me start by saying no I did not hit my mother and I would never unless it was absolutely necessary. But what I did do was restrain her and let her know that that wasn't going to be the way anymore. I don't want to speak on her behalf and say how she absorbed it and applied it but I will say that I can recognize that it was absorbed and appliedbecause she had never put her hands on me since then. And that little girl situation I'm going to be honest I don't know that I would have had the restraint to restrain my mother I probably would have socked her ATP and maybe that's just because it's triggering to watch another young lady have their mother beat them into a physical fight like a street fight. I went through that and still to this day I have strong feelings against how wrong it was although it is forgiven. But I feel for that girl. At the same time she was dead wrong for saying we can when her mother asked her that question. But she needed a pop to the lips. As a parrot you should not hit your kids discipline them physically when you are that I rate with the situation sometimes you need to step away and this is what I tell to my kid's dad because when we're that mad sometimes we're heading out of anger and it's no longer discipline

When i was in 5th or 6th grade, my mom beat me like a grown tail woman-all because i used her mintues on her phone to contact my family members. I was scared when her and my sisters dad was arguing and i didn't want to be left alone with the girls in the house. I'm 26 right now, and I'm still unable to process that day. I've prayed that the relationship with my mom and i get better, and overtime it did (which is shocking 😅) there are no i love you's or hugs involved unless i initiate it- and on her part its half heartdly. I'm currently trying to recieve this degree so i can help people-because there was no one there to help me. For my unborn children the love i will give to them will be out of this world and i pray that my mom receives the healing she deserves and needs. I had to grow up so fast-and im sending hugs and kisses to whoever experienced this or going through it now. I want you to know I love you very much, things definitely will get better, and you're worthy of sooooooooooooo much love❤😊
