Feeding red runner roaches

just a short little video on feeding red runner roach or Turkish Roach. these roaches are very similar to dubia roaches but the nymphs or babies or much smaller and their bodies are much softer and easier to digest. the only girl to be adult to about a medium size dubia Roach so that is really good for people who breed crested geckos because they won't get too big for a gecko to eat even as an adult.
