i think you are trying to simulate a very real situation, where putting conveyor belt over two rotating rollers will move the belt as well as anything put over it. But In Solidworks this won't Happen. Because You can't simulate any flexible body here.

'your right plane of the step located precisely on the middle' > Open the 'Step Part' > Create a Middle Plane there, Save it. > Come to the assembly and create the mate now.

do you want belt to move real like? here belt is a solid part so it can't move like a normal rubber belt moves on a real moving roller. If not the above case, then; Since, Geneva Mechanism will provide only 360 degree rotation to the driving roller each time and then the roller becomes idle for next few time , but in reality to move the conveyor step few distance (in a step) you need a continuous rotation (more than just 1 complete revolution) of the driving roller till the time.

1. Activate Solidworks Motion Add in
2. Path Mate Motor is generally available in "Motion Analysis"

What caused the error in calculation? And how did you know editing the height of the box would fix it? Thanks!
the length (that was changed) caused the box bottom edge penetrating the conveyor belt while ascending (at 22:56).

If my plate on the belt goes upside down all the plates will do the same thing. Do you know a solution?
Probably you are using any "pattern" either curve driven or sketch driven pattern! Follow this tutorial you will get the solution.

i am using soildwork 2022, and i dont know why Solidworks motion is not available in Add-ins
I used soildworks motion a few days ago and there was nothing unusual. But now I use it and it's not in the Add-ins.

Can you add here a geneva wheel so that it rotate it when geneva rotate??? Like conveyer belt using geneva mechanism
yes it can be done, any mechanism can be added to give power to the driving pulley of the conveyor.
