Pleeeeeeeeeease, Alice, do an in-depth House tutorial. Love ALL of your Melodic Techno/House lessons, among the absolute best online and literally life changing when it comes to production. A similar House tutorial, deep and in depth would be oh so sweet and MASSIVELY appreciated. Much love from Cornwall, UK. 🤍
I'm not even a wannabe producer, more like a wannabe wannabe. I just like your presentation style and love to see you groove to your creations. I will probably never apply these tips to anything, but can't stop watching them anyway. 😂
This is all great intel. I just wish it wasn’t crammed into a short burst. Some longer example playback and the same in isolation would have helped me recognize all that was being discussed and to consider it all in a more thoughtful way. But… thank you. Lots to think about and dissect.
I could comprehend this video as actually useful if I play it back in 0.25X speed🙁 I would make this as an in-depth tutorial in a considerably slower pace. / a feedback from one your subscribers
One of the best videos, a lot of good info, its good u put in ur training class also, I had bought urz And its awesome specially how how u describe and set the drums layers, might more of check sheets
You really need to give your examples time to breathe, it's hard enough trying to understand what you're even saying and reading your text without you not giving a full listen to your examples and mile a minute cuts and transitions. Not to mention you WANT more view time on your videos, not just clicks. Like your first example, "create onbeat descending pattern" A pattern can be literally anything in music, from a sequence to a time signature and at the speed you present everything and then cut away from it it's hard to process what you're even talking about. In the next example you say to select your high hats but by the time you even SAY high hats you've already cut away from them and show a bunch of unlabeled sequences. And that's while figuring out that you don't "bing" your high hats, you have to READ that you meant BRING your high hats, but at that point you're not even showing what you're talking about, you're showing what you're going to be talking about in the next half a second. I have to rewatch sections multiple times to get your point, and it sure as hell isn't because of complexity it's all from the presentation being way too fast and your enunciation. So you end up having to pay attention to what you're SAYING(with a lot of effort), what you're WRITING, and THEN LISTENING to your sample AND looking at the DAW. Way too much in too little time, especially if you're trying to TEACH. None of these would be a killer problem on they're own, but compounded these make your videos a real challenge to get into.
I concur. Obviously Alice is trying to get as much into these videos as possible, but the speed of cuts and the too short examples are indeed frustrating.
I don't mind pausing, replaying, and thinking about what I just heard. Even on the longer videos, I often need to do this so I can translate whatever is going on in the daw into my workflow. Especially tricky when it's timeline stuff, as I do all my music played "live", and mixed down to stereo, and recorded in one go. I need to figure out how to patch small delays in timings, rather than mouse click, slide colored box left or right. Super valuable videos for keeping me thinking and learning.
That was brain-meltingly dense. Thank you, but I feel like I need a lie down now.
Lol doesn’t want to make you get up and make a tune instead? 😉
These 4 minutes about to change lives of many people! Me included
❤️
Nice, but too quickly explained.
Can you imagine a semester long class with Alice? I wish all videos had this much content and were this lacking in filler.
that was very interesting but too fast. no need to rush so much, your losing ppl like that.

ALICE HOLY SHIT. You packed sooooo many good tips into such a short video. YOU ARE THE BEST
Watching your videos lately has been like when Neo learns Kung Fu in the Matrix
I rarely enjoy tutorials as someone who’s been watching them for over a decade.
This was full of gems with no fluff in between.
hey Alice just make mixing videos! great sound quality!

hei Alice you have too much info to share. don't you want to clone yourself? Alicegpt ?

Never forget to split the turds!
Just kidding, great video as always ;)
I read "You want Fuckiness in your track?"
And i am keeping that word
Can you make a video explaining the essential stems of modern melodic techno ? or just the link if you already made it. thanks
0:42 would be great to hear more on how you built this. Great video , just need to watch it at 0.5 speed to catch everything 😂
Love your videos, great advice and super quick straight to the point, keep at it 🙌

you didn't get the idea
I concur.

good video, just felt a bit rushed like i was watching at 1:30x speed
Let me sum it up for you: fool around with just about everything until you hear something that sounds good. Keep that.
you should have your own channel
@@cosmicwoman I do! But it’s nowhere as good as Alice’s, I’m too lazy to
I love it when you share something different from the usual melodic techno or techno!
Very good video Alice. Thanks! Very informative and for people like me with very short attention span, this is perfect! Thumbs up.
That was what I was hoping for. I have longer videos as well but these are specifically made for people with short attention span 😊
@@Alice-Efe I can hold the attention for the longer video's as well, but more than none they are playing on my 2nd monitor while i'm gaming ^^

I love how much info there is here. Your content is excellent! RUclips has pause and rewind controls if people need them!
not my kind of music, but I got some insight, thanks 🙂
what is the track in the cats and boots example
02:11 idk why but this song did something to me, is it streamable?
What a great video, so helpful and fun to try these out.
Amazing job
plz make afro house course)))
you can do all this with garage band
why trap producers dont make tutorials like this ;(
They’re gatekeepers of their secrets coz they don’t want to show how easy it is to make bad music
You are very cute! Above all...
slow it down , lot of information in one video.
...ok...I think I love u ❤😂
abla you are the G.O.A.T.
You look amazing in blue eyeshadow❤
nice video, thx a lot :)
WOW!!! We need an Uplifting Trance version of this one
Haha not possible, house is so generic it works. Uplifting trance is all about emotion, ambiance and melodic elements, not groovy drums
Whoa!
I came
wow
what's that serum skin called?
Mercurial Tones Serum Skin
Amazing 🔥🙌🏻
Great transmission of knowledge in such a compact video 🥰🎶 learned so much from it!
THANKS FOR THE INSPIRATION! I NEEDED THIS TODAY! I liked the cymbal and bass trick.
You are wonderfull, that technique you just explained in 5 min..
Best tutorial. Gerçekten 🤘
Amazing tutorial! I loved how you broke down the techniques and offered practical examples.
Holy s*hit! I need a couple of weeks to try everything out. Thank you again for amazing content ❤
Thank you so much for this supercharged video🎉

I definitely need a month to digest the tricks in this video! Thanks for sharing!
Always good to learn something new! :D
Love the amount of usefulness in such a short video! Thanks.
I really love this section. I can't believe we're getting all that for free!
What Cat T-shirt are you wearing?

Very good info!
Glad it was helpful!
Take it easy on the stimulants, your videos are way too fast ppl to follow what's going on.
Watch till the end!
