    In the last video, I talked about why exercising in recovery might not be a good idea. But does it mean we have to lie in bed all day? Can some type of exercise be ok in recovery?
    I am here to share my experience and what I learned after having bulimia and orthorexia and finally being able to fully recover.     Elisa, would you please do more videos under this topic? I just found breaking exercise habit is so hard. It just causes too much anxiety, especially when you are at a normal weight. How to take the first step to just stop? How to overcome the fear of body change and how to cope with it when it really happens, say, you re-start exercise or just let it be? I'm so anxious about stopping exercise. I feel hopeless.

      omg girl i feel the same right now and i really dont know what to do T.T i ate pizzas yesterday and I felt great but then today I felt quite terrible. I just want to do excersise for burining those pizzas calories but I told myself not to and now I feel so hopeless, anxious.

    Elisa, this video made me so happy! I have one question that keeps bothering me, if I stop exercising, will it mean that I’m not taking care of my body, and letting it go?
