I am showing you the process of making MANDALA BAG II step by step in this video!

Here I tried to show more slowly and in more details the next stages.
Measurements of the bag:
length 25 cm (10”)
width 45 cm (17.75”)
bottom oval shape 25 x 10 cm (10 x 4")

Prepare and cut the cords for the bag, for 2 identical parts:
for 1 part:
12 x 2.8 m (3.06 yd)
4 x 2.3 m (2.52 yd)
12 x 2 m (2.19 yd)
4 x 1.5 m (1.64 yd)
12 x 1.2 m (1.31 yd)
4 x 60 cm (23.6 inches)

Hej czy tobie również zostały bardzo krótkie 😪sznurki żeby teraz połączyć strony to w drugiej części muszę przygotować dłuższe..
@@angelikalinda3807 niektóre mam krótkie ale nie tak bardzo że nie mogłam połączyć, dodaj sobie ok 10 cm, ja zawsze dodaję dodatkowe centymetry jak pierwszy raz robię jakiś wzór, nie dodałam jedynie nic do tych najdłuższych sznurków. Miłego plecenia!

Hi 😊 I'm not really into macrame, but your mandala and mandala II bags are so beautiful! I want to make this bag but I'm not sure if mandala or mandala II is better. I like very much the shape of mandala II but I fell in love with the zig zag pattern of mandala. Could you tell me is it possible to combine these two bags? 😢
Hi, you could combine them ! I would use 3mm cord and start as Mandala II and then you could use zig zag as well. You can try! Let me know how it went ☺️ happy creations!

I made the mandala II bag with the zig zag part of mandala bag but its shape is not so nice as yours. I used twisted cotton rope 3ply 3mm but it seems to be more rigid than the one you used in mandala bag and the zig zag wrinkles and the bottom is also not smooth 😢😢😢 Is there anything I can do to make it look better? I thought about getting it wet, ironing or using starch... Please give me some advise because i am really disappointed about my work 😢

Hi, but why 9 mm ? It will be huge and very heavy! I think 3 mm is perfect for this project !

Heya, this design is really nice. But does it work with 4mm rope? Measurement remains?
Hi, thank you 😊 The measurements are for 3 mm braided cord. If you use thicker cord and follow the pattern the bag will be bigger. If you want that, you can try with 4 mm. I would add some more to the length + 25%. Let me know if you make it and how it went ! 😊

Witam :) na jaka dlugosc ciac sznurki jesli mam zamiar uzyc bobbiny 5mm?
Hej, jeśli chcesz użyć sznurka 5 mm to ten film będzie pomocny ruclips.net/video/Of9BEoDN5Z8/видео.html możesz śmiało użyć sznurka 5 mm i podanych w nim długości. Natomiast co do wzoru MANDALA II tu lepiej się sprawdzi jednak sznurek o grubości 3 mm, ponieważ używając sznurka 5 mm torebka wyjdzie dużo większa i tym samym cięższa... sznurki będą musiały mieć 166% podanych w tutorialu długości, czyli na cała torebkę pojdzie 300 m sznurka, a nie 180m. Pozdrawiam i życzę miłego wyplatania :)
Cześć, dziękuję Ci za odpowiedź. Zamówiłam rączki przez internet, ale są cieńsze niż myślałam więc zrobie na sznurku 3mm z bobbiny i zobaczymy jak wyjdzie :) użyje złamanej bieli i zrobię wrzosowy pas na środku 😊
Powodzenia !! Sznurek Bobbiny 3mm jest ciut cieńszy od tego 3 mm Lovely Cottons którego użyłam wiec torebka może wyjść nieco mniejsza 😉 daj znać jak poszło 🤗

Witam robię twoja torebkę ale moje sznurki zostały bardzo krótkie ledwie zakończyłam ostatnie rzędy . Drugą stronę torebki przygotuje znacznie dłuższe sznurki. zastanawiam sie jak to możliwe. Mam sznurek 3mm pleciony.
