I like using clear nail polish myself, but to each their own. I didn't realize it before - but holy shit! They do look like sisters, and will be so in my head cannon from now on.
Thanks for the fix. I have the same problem with my Zarana. I think she's the best female in classified so far. Her articulation is how all female Hasbro figs should be.
That's crazy you have that issue too! As soon as I removed the figure from her packaging and I started testing out the joints, POP goes her right arm. I still have that right arm somewhere around.... Thanks for the informative fix/review.
Thanks for showing a fix. I had the same issue. The first time, I returned the figure. The replacement also had the same issue but the arm didn’t pop off as bad.

With mine it was the right arm and if I look at it too hard it flies off......I heated it up and used pliers to squeeze it around the peg......while holding the bicep with some pressure I ran it under cold water and it seems to be holding.....but I like your method man I'm a try that and see if the combination of methods will work.....man I'm paying $46⁹⁹ up here in Canada for these things....and yea she looks great (btw same issue with Dusty on the left arm) for the money they're looking for God damn Hasbro......fix your shit..........great video man thank you for looking out for the community

Always enjoy your vids, very helpful fix. Ask Bobby if he’d ever offer a “head pack” with various different looks for both male & female figures especially for the troopers. Some different hairstyles & colors, different skin tones with & without facial hair.
I got lucky with mine, I messed with it a bit, and doesnt' feel like a loose arm for mine... I didn't get dusty... I'll have to double check my CG"s now.... but that super glue is a damn good idea for temp fixes and such!
Not sure if you'll find this helpful, but if you don't want to use Crazy Glue, you can try Pledge floor polish, the ones that say Future Shine get the best results. Many Transformers fans use it to tighten loose joints as the polish thickens the pegs and other parts of the joints. Might help here too.
Yesterday I finally found a recondo. I got home and it was trash. It prompted me to make a video on IG comparing Valaverse to hasbro, but the issues are insane. His paint apps are jacked, both ears have chunks in them, both feet are frozen in place and both lower knee joints are frozen. I didn’t mess with my zarana much but my dusty did seem to have a loose arm and I didn’t mess with him much because he has a knee joint that wasn’t cut properly. I can show you all these issues if you care to see, but I have the worst luck with my classifieds. Even my bazooka has trash legs. This is a long comment, don’t blame you if you pass it by, love the videos you make, thank you and keep it up.
Yeah man my Dusty right arm did the same thing, I was so disappointed the line was so great when the price was cheaper an now they cutting jobs what does that say about qc issues, I was all-in but now I’m not sure and I’m waiting for your 3POA appearance.
I've had to do this fix for a couple of mcfarlane figures. I'm with you man. I love this figure, but the QC is ridiculous. Both arms on mine fall off with the slightest movement.

Zarana is the first female figure that I ever purchased as a kid so she is one of my most anticipated figures of all time! I had the exact same loose arms but I am so biased that I overlooked it. It is disappointing that Hasbro let such a wonderful figure release with such poor quality control. 😢

They love to say things like, “You must be new to toy collecting,” “These are collection, don’t you know you have to heat it or use boil water before you move it?” Like when did so many people come to accept these QC issues? We should never have to apply any heat or make any fix to a brand new toy.

nice did mine w a gel type super glue easier to control and stays in place got the POA podcast on notification so i wont miss it hopefully again nice issue review yeah the dusty figure is worst i tore the right arm just taking out the clamshell 😂 i had to pin and do the glue thing just for good measure

Mine came fucked up too! Left arm came off when I pulled her from the package. I dipped mine in hot water then cooled it right away and it helped. I have two crimson guard and I have no desire to open them. Hasbro needs to improve the plastic formula, right now it is too soft. I feel like this is affecting all their lines. It sucks because it is holding the line back. Valaverse all the way! Bobby knows how to make an action figure!
Talking about the Valaverse, unfortunately over here where I reside in the U.K. I don't see any sold in the limited outlets which is a shame. Also do Valaverse figures suffer from the same problems?

Yup. My Zarana has the same issue. I came to the same conclusion. It's a great figure but not worth the price. I compared it to the Valaverse Pandora. A more expensive figure that IS worth the price and I do not like paying more but it's interesting that I feel ripped off paying $25 for one figure and then feel I got my money's worth on a $35.
One of the 4 crimson guards i got has a stuck ankle. had to pop it off and shave some material off. Dusty was solid for me. Zarana for me was solid....i dont like where they connected the shoulder pads though..so im gonna get a 2nd one and pull the pads off and attach them to the bicep where the strap is. Lol not gonna lie...i liked the old pompadour look better. Quality for me has been pretty good with the Gi Joes..i have more issues with the legends i got...shit i got boot legs of figmas and second axe figures with less problems then some legends.
Seems like that's the problem with making figures with parts swapping in mind, compared to sculpting the new parts that they need to sculpt for each figure. And using cheaper plastics to save money while still increasing costs.

Hi, T=MC2, Do you think it has anything to do with your theory of different factories?!?!?! I recall you comparing the "A" and "B" versions of Classified figures. My Zarana and Dusty are "A's" and have no problems. But, I have a Stalker and TF Outback (Both "B's") who have loose hips!!! Not the same problem, but, still a QC issue!!! Well, Now you know, and knowing is half the "Problem", Ha!!! Peace!!!
Mine had both arms that easily pop out. I feel the material is kinda gummy and that must be part of the problem. My Crimsom Guard did not have any issues, but the Dusty has the same gummy feeling to the upper arm as Zarana does, but have not popped out on me yet. @Articulated Ninja Reviews do you think that some nail polish could work to fix that instead of the Krazy Glue? Keep the great work man!

Use some nail polish in the whole and 1nce it dries then reconnect, it'll make it tighter

Hi, T=MC2, Do you think it has anything to do with your theory of different factories?!?!?! I recall you comparing the "A" and "B" versions of Classified figures. My Zarana and Dusty are "A's" and have no problems. But, I have a Stalker and TF Outback (Both "B's") who have loose hips!!! Not the same problem, but, still a QC issue!!! Well, Now you know, and knowing is half the "Problem", Ha!!! Peace!!!

Mine had both arms that easily pop out. I feel the material is kinda gummy and that must be part of the problem. My Crimsom Guard did not have any issues, but the Dusty has the same gummy feeling to the upper arm as Zarana does, but have not popped out on me yet.
@Articulated Ninja Reviews do you think that some nail polish could work to fix that instead of the Krazy Glue?
