I sooooo miss So Graham Norton! It's definitely not as good as it used to be. I especially loved the games he played with the guests and how he involved the audience. Best job ever!
Graham Norton is brilliant and watching this compilation reminded me how greater he could be given more scope or perhaps less A listers and more audience participation. This was an absolute joy to revisit.
Graham is still great. It's just a shame that he transferred over to the BBC with the result that the show was watered down / sanitised almost completely. The BBC 2 early shows were a good balance just after he left channel 4 around 2007. Taste and vulgarity in good balance. Now it's great A-listers, but with a few exceptions , very predictable- almost ' American formula ' shows on BBC1. How MANY times has the annoying David Walliams been on the couch in the last 3 years, and with no dis-respect- Sir David Attenbourough? Same 'safe ' BBC stalwart guests cropping up every other series. Now so politically correct and ' wholesome' . Not what we used to love this show for. Please go back to channel 4, Graham ! ( or 5 ) Not gonna happen- but wishful out loud thinking.
+Cliona Walshe This is the info i found...Betty Hoskins (born 2 August 1922) was an elderly woman who first appeared on the show as a contestant in one of the mini-games (and subsequently won a tongue-shaped dildo). As it turns out, Betty was a dinner lady at the drama school Graham attended, and the two have been reunited ever since, with Betty featuring in many episodes of the show (and on Graham's subsequent shows).

Hey, i had it on 1/4 the speed at the end, and no missile came out of Helga unless it was supersonic.
