So much this. If you weigh your lunch and water, and then eat and drink it, it's not going to turn into air. It will still weigh that much in your stomach. Over time, as you eat and "eliminate" at a deficit, your bodily mass decreases, but there are always ups and downs as you eat and drink.

No, people tell her to eat healthy and workout lol, she can eat a whole lot and still be healthy. Instead she chooses fad diets and fasting and passing out at the gym followed by watching her eat fast food AGAIN. Her body is probably screaming for some sort of balance and consistency in her diet...
As someone with an eating disorder it is very hard to eat a normal amount of food. I really dont know why. But when i eat i usually either overeat or undereat. No in between. It is very hard to eat a normal amount. I really dont know why. I go through spurts of eating and eating and eating continuously until im so sick of food i need to cleanse and stop eating so much so i stop eating almost completely and then i shrink my stomach down so im not even hungry at all so i continue to starve until i slowly start eating again and then i eat and eat and overeat.....such a hard cycle that i cant break

I don't think we should think about the "weight" so much but just focus on the fact that she is just trying to be a healthier her and just being more aware of the choices she's making that are effecting her body. And we should just be happier that she has more control and seems to be sticking to it and that she LOOKS HAPPIER. Skinner or Not we should be proud of the change in life style. I Think that is super inspiring. I personally know I have a problem with food. And just seeing trish to thru with this has made me re think a lot of my choices in the last little while.
Exactly! Her relationship with food is being so empowered. She has good insight now and can master her impulse control and self sabotage because she can think her way to an adult place. SOME people need to be more encouraging and relax!
Tanis Stewart The scale is so deceiving. Muscle is weight. Food has weight. Water has weight. Some of us are just born to be thick . I say we forget the scale and focus on how we feel internally. Focus on how our clothes feel. Yada yada. I lost 30 lbs in two weeks. I started to eat again (healthy) and gained back 15 lbs however, none of it was fat. It showed me how the scale is BS.

I’ve always struggled with my weight. I’m 16, female, 185 lbs, and 5’6. That sounds pretty extreme but the way my body levels it out I look like every other “thicc” girl. Honestly don’t really think weight is a perfect judgement of how your body is doing yenno.
It actually has a lot to do with ones’ skeletal structure and the way fat distributes itself across your body because of it. She looks like she gains weight pretty evenly over her entire body and those people usually look at least 20 lighter than they actually are. The lipo didn’t hurt either though.😂
Me i think it’s more the lipo. i totally agree with what you’re saying but when you have lipo in one spot you can’t regain the same percentage of fat in that spot. the fat redistributes itself because it’s been atrophied in the spot it existed in previously and can’t reestabpish itself in the subcutaneous fat level where it normally presents.
I'm not used to Trish being so relatable!!! I've lost 105 pounds and still working on it. I was 304 pounds. And food addiction is completely life consuming. Getting a handle on it is life changing. Good job Trish keep it up.

I think you should consider talking to a nutritionist about what carbs and fats are actually good for you. I think if you better understood what types of carbs and fats are bad for you then you could avoid them. You'd actually be surprised how many good carbs and fats there are. For example, nuts are high in fat but it's good fat that your body needs. Also carbs are what fuel your body and give you energy so they are a very important part of your diet especially if you're working out (: Im just trying to be a helpful friend. I love you

@scorpio gurl That's only if you under eat that it's unhealthy. What is the difference between eating 1500 between 3 meals and eating it all in 1 meal. You're still eating 1500 calories so how is that starving yourself? I don't work out so I only eat 1200. When I do OMAD I eat my entire 1200 in one meal. Trisha's case though, I don't like the idea of eating under 1000 calories. That seems so little to me.

To be fair his vids are higher production value and he has a team working as well so it costs more to fund his channel. This is just Trish and her camera living life
James actually puts a lot of effort and production into his videos. He didn’t just slap unedited clips together like Trisha did. He cuts out a lot and has said a 30 minute video can be worth 6-7 hours of filming needed to be edited out.

Watching Trisha live her best life just makes me so happy. The fact that even though she might go on holiday and gain a few pounds, she doesn't give up and keeps going. Hey Trisha, I gain 5-10 pounds a month leading up to my period (during PMS). I think it's important to remember as a woman how much your body weight fluctuates ... after my period ends I go back to my normal body weight. Don't beat yourself up for gaining a pound, remember that it's normal and healthy to fluctuate up and down. You're on the right track! Do what makes your body feel good, you're on the right track!

Trish I am LITERALLY going thru the EXACT SAME REALIZATION in my own life right now!!! In the past 2 months I chose to practice discipline regarding food/exercise AND with keeping my apartment clean. It has taught me that it all goes together!!! The condition of my apartment or body is a direct reflection of the condition of my mind!!! I never wanted to admit that but it's true. Once I get into the mindset of having CONTROL over my eating habits, it has made me feel so much more capable of gaining control over every other aspect of my life. Which translates to higher self esteem and best of all...more emotional stability!! It's amazing to see that you can relate to all of this first hand because for a long time I've watched your channel and felt that we are on the same wavelength. I love that in spite of "having it all", you've shown viewers that you can still have mental breakdowns or depression. I'm excited to be joining you on the up-swing right now. Wow you kept going in and keeping at it for a year. Yes Yes Yes and we must keep the extra unhealthy weight off for good by watching the scales and managing our eating.
The egg diet usually involves more than just eggs, it typically includes other lean proteins such as fish, chicken, turkey, etc. It’s not recommended by healthcare professionals to strictly eat JUST eggs as it can cause malnourishment in a short amount of time (as little as 2 weeks). She said she didn’t research this diet at all which seems true for any diet she tries and that can be so detrimental to put your body through something when you aren’t even researching if it’s healthy for you or not. If you’re considering doing any of these fad lose weight fast “diets” please just look them up and find the safest way to do it.

Everybody body work different. I tried intermittent fasting with keto and exercise, and only lost 3lbs. My mom did it and lost 13lbs. The only thing that has been working for me is 2 green smoothies a day and one meal with fish or chicken and veggies.
Libby Aiken i actually didn’t fine the military diet that bad for some reason, however i did find it super triggering to keep cutting calories and just not eat 🤷🏼♀️
Girl, I’m a Dietitian and I wish so badly you would try a meal plan designed by a Dietitian that caters to food you genuinely like (then you’ll be WAY more likely to stick with it). These fad diets, as you know, are so socially isolating and actually increase your odds of binge eating. You can genuinely eat the foods you like and lose weight long term. I think your next challenge video should be trying a diet designed by a Dietitian for a week!
Also, I love that you acknowledge that you need to better your relationship with food... that’s amazing! Side note: I’m afraid for your micronutrient status and hope you get blood work done to identify any possible deficiencies since your fruit and veggie intake seems minimal from the videos (no shade, just concern).

I actually appreciate your disclaimer at the beginning of this video. I struggle with food addiction. I had gastric bypass in June of 2017 and have since lost 118 lbs. I still struggle everyday! @scorpio gurl That's only if you under eat that it's unhealthy. What is the difference between eating 1500 between 3 meals and eating it all in 1 meal. You're still eating 1500 calories so how is that starving yourself? I don't work out so I only eat 1200. When I do OMAD I eat my entire 1200 in one meal. Trisha's case though, I don't like the idea of eating under 1000 calories. That seems so little to me.

Hey Trisha, I gain 5-10 pounds a month leading up to my period (during PMS). I think it's important to remember as a woman how much your body weight fluctuates ... after my period ends I go back to my normal body weight. Don't beat yourself up for gaining a pound, remember that it's normal and healthy to fluctuate up and down. You're on the right track! Do what makes your body feel good, you're on the right track!

Trish I am LITERALLY going thru the EXACT SAME REALIZATION in my own life right now!!! In the past 2 months I chose to practice discipline regarding food/exercise AND with keeping my apartment clean. It has taught me that it all goes together!!!
The condition of my apartment or body is a direct reflection of the condition of my mind!!! I never wanted to admit that but it's true. Once I get into the mindset of having CONTROL over my eating habits, it has made me feel so much more capable of gaining control over every other aspect of my life. Which translates to higher self esteem and best of all...more emotional stability!!

Everybody body work different. I tried intermittent fasting with keto and exercise, and only lost 3lbs. My mom did it and lost 13lbs. The only thing that has been working for me is 2 green smoothies a day and one meal with fish or chicken and veggies.

Girl, I’m a Dietitian and I wish so badly you would try a meal plan designed by a Dietitian that caters to food you genuinely like (then you’ll be WAY more likely to stick with it). These fad diets, as you know, are so socially isolating and actually increase your odds of binge eating. You can genuinely eat the foods you like and lose weight long term. I think your next challenge video should be trying a diet designed by a Dietitian for a week!
Also, I love that you acknowledge that you need to better your relationship with food... that’s amazing! Side note: I’m afraid for your micronutrient status and hope you get blood work done to identify any possible deficiencies since your fruit and veggie intake seems minimal from the videos (no shade, just concern).

I actually appreciate your disclaimer at the beginning of this video. I struggle with food addiction. I had gastric bypass in June of 2017 and have since lost 118 lbs. I still struggle everyday!
