Hello. I'll be one of the KCD cultists watching all of your videos. A lot of folks will try to tell you what to do or where all of the secrets are, but try to remember it's meant to be a role-playing game and is best enjoyed on your own terms. The game is hard and meant to force you to practice everything before you get even passabley proficient. Good luck!
I'm a KCD superfan... Played through loads of times... I love watching people play it for the first time. Stick with it man... It's a steep learning curve but ultimately one of the most satisfying payoffs, once you become a plate armoured, unstoppable killing machine! ... Enjoy!
It's even better than ,,good'' ... if you are playing your Henry for best Speech and Charisma , talking literally to every NPC , playing every single side-quest ..that's the true KCD . I have 25+ hours now , and still in Rattay mill :) doing just side-quests , talking to people , stealing stuff ..wandering around nature . I'm so hyped for KCD II.
@@lorddiethorn Once managed to kick his ass on Henry with 2 skill points in agility, I felt like the biggest chad ever. Somehow managed to keep distance and make his hits go in the air, then always closed in for quick series of jabs just to retreat back.
GOD BE WITH YOU! some tips i can recommend is: -train with captain Bernard as soon as soon as you can and learn master techniques and combos. -When you meet Peshek, learn from him and do a quest for him. You'll get a lockpicking tutorial and exp. -follow the main story until you are given a horse. From that foward you can explore the open world. The quest where you have to go to Uzhitz town and find someone is where i suggest you stop the main quest and take your time with side content (if you want). You can also teach Henry to read in Uzhitz. -alchemy is very powerful, downing a healing potion before combat is essential for difficult enemies. One trick you can use to get multiple potion effects is by applying potions to food that have low nourishment so you can eat many of them. -In combat you dont want your stamina to fall below 1/3 to be safe. If you have no stamina you're gonna loose health. -treasure maps have good loot -And be careful, some quests are timed so finnish them after picking them up.
This is not just a game - this is a trip to the Czech Middle Ages 620 years ago to places that REALLY STILL EXIST TODAY! Finish the game, grab your passport, pack your suitcase, head to Bohemia and visit these places - and then try take a trip to Skyrim! 😉😁
Yo, a tip for combat that isn't very well explained: if you close up on an enemy face to face you initiate a clinch, which is essentially a strength check. Keep a little distance when the opponent is stronger than you. Otherwise it's a good way to stun an opponent and get a few free hits in.
@@Fazolive I got you bro. I've seen people get frustrated when they lose that strength check again and again, not realising they're the ones starting it..
Fun fact. Sean Bean was asked to play Henry's father, he was really interested, but he sadly had to decline the offer because of time reasons. I bet he didn't want his character to die again.
hey man. just a tip. when trying to save theresa from cumans u can just whistle, it will alert them and you run straight for the horse and get away :D i guess you on console. i know on pc u press X to whistle, the whistling is for calling your horse u get later in the game.
I just started a play through of this one myself. Definitely struggling with combat but I can see the appeal of the game. I’ve been going out my way to raise my speech so I can talk my way out of shit instead of relying on combat
I'm glad you're enjoying the game. I got advice to get your character decent at combat. You won't have a legit combat tutorial for a little while, they kinda throw you into stuff when your character has no idea what he is doing. Once you get to a city called Rattay (it's a bigger city) I think the second city you go to after the intro you should talk to a guy named Captain Brenard. He will give you an in depth tutorial on combat and help you figure out how it actually works. You can also get bow and arrow training from a different dude in the city. Captain Brenard is normally at the very beck end of the city outside back gate behind a fighting arena.
Oh dont worry dude you're gonna get beat down ALOT in this game. Theres alot of trial and error. Also this is set in the real world, 90% of the characters are historical figures and alot of what happened really happened with some liberties of course, it is a game after all.
MAGA Make America Godly Again... I remember the first time I played KCD all those years ago. It seems like getting from Skalitz to Tlalnberg was the hardest part. I died so much that first day. Once the Prologue is over and the game really opens up, it really gets good. There is so much to see and do. Stick with it, it is definitely worth it
if you into zombie open world check Days Gone, its well worth playing and entertaining to watch or the GOAT of coure Red Dead redemption 2 is, I would say anthoer masterpiece like KCD if not bigger by many oppinions with deep story line also good to watch, also The Witcher u already started. those games are the ones i never regret spending dough on even for a second all of them are like 100h plus to complete with really complex and deep stories. well maybe apart from days gone but this one is pure fun with or without liking story line
Yeah i prob got like a good 30 plus hours on days gone, honestly an amazing game i play it here and there whenever i have time it’s one of those games where I played off camera, RDR2 that’s a game that’ll always hold a special place in my heart my gosh that games top tier

@@Fazolive also a little useful piece of info, ur character cant read so he actually has to learn how. Learning opens up paths for some missions
@@davisthegamelord wow that’s very interesting ok then
Best game ever made imo, and I'm real picky.
Are you gonna get red dead redemption 1 it has 60 fps if you have ps5 fazo you just have to change it in the settings
Hmm that honestly wouldn’t be a bad idea especially since I’ve finished the first one maybe in the near future we’ll see!
so instead of going "to the castle" you put a map marker there and get lost in the immediate vicinity of the castle entrance. good, good.
Thank you mate
Have you played Red Dead Redemption 2 at all yet? You’d definitely love it if you like this and Fallout
Rdr2 is definitely one of my favorite games of all time I had actually finished that game a while back, great experience
