10K really isn't that hard to get too if you eat lots of processed junk. You could eat candy bars and it would be way less volume then what he just ate. Imagine eating 5 regular sized jars of peanut butter, not large jars either. A regular jar which isn't much is over 2000 calories.

I love BBQ! My family does the typical meat dishes, but we also grill pineapple, peaches, and veggies! I love grilled Sicilian eggplant. it's texture is "meaty" vs regular eggplant, wich to me is more custard soft and I prefer it fried vs grilled.
