    Thank You! I don’t have good hand strength so I was using jar opening grip pads and trying to fight this stupid thing for way too long! I found this video and immediately was able to switch them out! 🎉

      When you insert the Allen wrench it stops the treaded arbor from constantly spinning allowing the head to be removed, otherwise the black head will keep on spinning and never come off.
      I don’t know what u want him to say that wasn’t visually represented.
