@@nancyhoekman6706 some great questions. They only give you a few fonts in the app. You need to download each. I’m not aware of the ability to download your own fonts, never tried. They do have a vip membership $ for more fonts. I never paid for that.

I used my first roll of labels that came with the printer, ordered a refill, and they will NOT print! Comes out blank every time!! Can you tell me why? I have tried everything.

Interesting question. I don’t think I would consider it as an address book. I would use a contact program that exports to Excel. Then I would print by importing the spreadsheet. I have videos on using excel.

If everything is connected properly and plugged in then it seems you have a defective unit. Out of the thousands we have sold we had 2 with this issue. I would return it to where you got it if under warranty. We give a 6 month warranty with the ones we sell.

Horrible alignments on these machines. You can align it as much as you want but the result NEVER matches the print preview. It's always off; burnt through so many stickers. Print 4 labels of exactly the same text and each one is a bit left, bit right, slanted...ugh.

You need to use theirs only as the tags have an rfid tag in each roll so the printer knows what labels are loaded.

Wow, is the roll from Niimbot? Did you try another roll of labels to see if it is the printer or that roll of labels?

PDFs are a problem. The only way to do them into batches is using an Excel file.

The latest iOS is 17.2.1 Update to latest OS. I would try removing app and re downloading it too.

It is the same place it always has been in my APP. Click on the label then click on elements, Barcode should be right there.

How to add your templates to files/folders
What you do is back out of the edit screen and it will ask you if you want to save and you click yes. This saves the template in the app

Make sure app is open and the printer is on. Upper right screen should say unconnected. Tap on that. The printer should show up
And be sure the printer is on with the blue light on.
