    I think, psychedelics would deffo help, with depression, MDMA, ketamine with qualified counsellors, will help depression.
    I’m second year counselling degree, I also think journaling which I hated at the beginning of my journey really helps, I believe getting your thoughts out of your mind helps process them thoughts and feelings. Desensitises them. A problem shared is a problem halfed. ❤

    Is there a free online integration resource ?

      Not yet... give it 5-10 years though, we’re getting there

      What are some things you would look for in a resource like that?

    • @shanepdooley

      Even though integration is specific to each individual, you know there’s a process. I’d love a resource that can, as specifically as possible, lay that process out so the lay person can actually use it.

      I absolutely agree with you. Integration has been so shrouded in mystery and vagueness, but it is actually super simple. It's essentially taking an insight from your journey, reflecting on it, and then implementing it into your life. Here is a video that does an amazing job of explaining the process: ruclips.net/video/GU_Nb8kNb2E/видео.html

    I would rather listen to Doblin than these psychedelic enthusiasts who are everywhere online.

    Did you people learn nothing from Timothy Leary? Mr. Doblin is nothing more than another "little man who sells thrills along the pier".

      What are you talking about?

    • @ems7623
      @ems7623 2 года назад +4

      You clearly aren't aware of the major developments in pharmacological research into these substances. There's an emerging hard science that shows strong potential to treat major depressive disorder, PTSD, anxiety disorders and even alcoholism and nicotine addiction.
      Leary was a utopian thinker. That's not what is going on now.

      @@ems7623 - Spin it any way you like - it is still nothing more than following in Leary's footsteps but now with big pharma leading the way in the same manner as they did in pushing the vaccine for COVID - it's all about making money and NOT about helping people live healthier and happier lives.

      Always great to see another member of the Leary cult-of-personality talking shit about any other person working toward a better future 😑
