I really appreciate you keeping it real on your opinions overall. I’ve enjoyed sneak peeks for this update but I can’t help but feel underwhelmed by the apprentices in their current state and I’m happy someone finally said what I know everyone was thinking!
Favorite video you've made in a while, Itzu! For me, super dragons with a clone loon blimp is the way to go. You're getting 3 extra loons from the clone buff, 3-4k extra hit points from the Super Dragon buff and Warden level, no new air defense level, and better hero funnel value with 5 new Yak and Kind levels. The synergy is there, I'm determined to make it work
I think you should definitely try sui lalo with apprentice warden so you get %30 more hp with heroes (and log launcher if you want) while still having the grand warden with your lalo
I'm still 50/50 with the mini warden. I feel like it will either be a meta changing troop or just a trash troop that everyone won't touch after a while. It definitely needs a lots of testing to really see where and how it could be use.
@@rohitkumar-nb5ym yeah i think it makes a lot of sense if you are going to use lets say your queen and king together with 2 ice golems in front, an apprentice warden can make a big difference, especially at th13 & 14 where there is no monolith and save housing space for the main attack with the warden & RC i will give it a try for sure, looks very interesting
@@rohitkumar-nb5ym but an IG will always still be the better option as it has lower troop space and extra freeze effect, but the mini warden still runs into the same problem of getting hit by the aoe damage of multi infernoes and scatters and they would die before they get any value.
Hey Itzu! Glad you tried the super dragons clone blimp as I requested. But try it with 4 clones and 1 rage. Without any invisibility spell since they don't need any I think. That way you'll have 5 super dragons in the core of the base, instead of the three that you used in the video. And that amounts to nearly 35000 hp roughly. I don't think they need invisibility spells after that. 😁
I would personally prolly take 3 clones instead of 4 so u could use poison+ 2 freeze to at least have some spells left during the push with ur main army. Idk tho with which strategy u would end this setup.
You can also try using 3 clone spells, 2 rages and 1 invisibility spell, clone the dragons in different directions, the second rage can be saved for the later stage of the attack, or for providing extra damage to the cloned dragons after they move out of the first rage of if you clone them in a spread out way then you can use both rages simultaneously to cover a larger portion of the core. That way you'll have 4 super dragons with 2 rages in the core.
seeing the super dragon clone blimp, I thought could it be used more like a super minion blimp rather than a super archer blimp? so send the blimp in with a dragon attack, pop the warden ability, and take out the town hall and surroundings with the super dragon CC?
7:33 , I simply thought of combining the mini warden with the super geant and some super valkirie (which have decent hp) to add more healing spells instead of rage spells.
I'm unsure about the apprentice. Even when it was announced, I thought it had way too much housing space. I don't see how it could work, but who knows. I'm sure someone will come up with a viable use for it
the thing about the blimp now is that using sneaky goblins for the TH is hard to work. Just a giant bomb and a tornado trap will end it even you have regular goblins inside. this method is actually the most brainless and spell-saving way for the TH other than all ballons(need a rage and a freeze)
One more strategy itzu right now i have been using mini warden with heros sui at th13 bringing 2 quakes and rest zaps if i see value i zap two multies/ singles with eagle maybe maybe with air defenses sometimes and i use mini warden with my heros sui throwing BK, AQ, log launcher, RC and combined with zaps sometimes u get like 50% vlaue with only that plus major defences and u are left with a full army of dragons
I think dev should increase apprentice warden's range to same as normal warden and to balance this out space should be around 30-35. After that I think apprentice warden will be perfect.
They'll definitely need to rework Apprentice warden cause theoretically he's a great troop but in actual scenarios I can't really think of many good uses. I'm looking forward to how this will affect the meta
@@Hagurmert it's the survivability of apprentice warden that makes a lot of approaches difficult to execute. I think increasing its range by 1 or 2 tiles might make a huge difference

ok new idea for the apprendice warden: would it pair well with super hogs? (would have suggested super miners as well but since they go underground i feel like it would get targeted a lot) regarding the super dragon blimp: can you just zap a sweeper to get a better angle of approach to the monolith since those dragons do so much damage and kinda don't need all those invis? can you try a hybrid attack whith only either super miners or super hogs having the chance to use super wall breakers for the queen charge?
4 pekkas, king, queen and ram with pekkas with mini warden inside the core. (Baby dragons too tunnel and wizards to support. And hogs with warden, champion and headhunters around the base. It is that kind of og strategy from th9 but way cooler
I said It in your previous video as well, but use 4 clone supergiant blimp, its legit OP, if you land it away from a posion tower it takes like 20 of the base, and the walls are open so a pekka super wizard smash would be very good
Is putting lots of gobs and wbs ahead of the suparchers still useful at all ? I'd think not, except maybe a few wbs to open up walls, but the bombs (if any) will go off on the suparchers even w/ 9 gobs ?
you could also try normal dragon clone as with 42 there would be 2 dragons cloned and manytimes where buildings aren't too close they could still give maybe a huge amount of value
The problem with the warden apprentice seems to be that he get killed a lot of times before getting any value with it. So what if we lower his damages by lets say 90% BUT we make him untargetable ? Therefore he will always be able to support other troops but would be useless on its own beacause of the low damages. What do you think about this idea ?

I think you should use one more rage instead of that many invisiblities for super dragon blimp Because they don't have enough range to stay in the rage and don't need invisiblities so you might as well use more rages when they get out of the first one
I'd assume you may have to send the blimp cutting through th core and pop it before it reaches the townhall.. Getting the th and also the core defenses... And reduce the invisibility for a clone

Safe blimps are very tricky now. You can still get away with the poison tower shooting at the blimp in the current patch as they would fade before the sneakies would come out but with the change it would no longer be possible. Especially blimping where it would activate an invis tower is impossible.
Out of interest can you train two super troops and then cancel them and train two new ones and have more then two of a kind of super troop in a specific army?
It would be very cool if they reworked the apprentice warden to have no damage, but instead, target your own units and stand behind like the healer with a cone shape aura. In order to buff the loss of aura and damage, he should have a significantly more hitpoints
How about superhogs + normal hog hybrid? Superhogs in front to tank the springtraps etc and then mixed with normal hogs to still have a similar amount of troops being healed at the same time and have more dps.
Their range is equal to queen . So even after stacking , they will have lower hp than queen, lower dps then queen. It is better to use queen charge anyways.
The Apprentice Warden sure doesn't feel good enough for 20 hs probably Supercell should consider decreasing that or maybe slightly increasing it's range of attack like make it slightly more than the Queen but less than the Warden
warden walk with lassi is better just because of the amount of damage lassi does, he has very high dps and speed up the funnel. Alternatively, you’d use electro owl because it may avoid fire but will die to air defense it only makes sense to use poison lizard if youre gonna make a blimp opening with warden ability and take out a hero in the way (queen or RC)
@@HagurmertNo lassi is just bad cause when it will die to defenses. Imagine three cannons shooting at it because it goes and targets defenses. The lassi is just bad and even worser than the mighty yak.

I think anything under 2k health the Grand Warden aura is better, plus you get the grand warden ability for super hogs also.
Apprentice warden use with hybrid main army normal miner and supper hogs🎉
If you have the warden beeing close by, the aura of the normal warden is stronger and since auras do not stack, the mini warden is useless there.

Have you make a video on the blimp change? Will it wreck the safety blimp for example? How does the super archer blimp work with giant bombs etc now?
