Please do not give up in learning new language, I believe that you can learn anything while you’re still young, you would have better success to remember, with patience, and practice, you will be able to speak. Everything takes time. Start slowly from the beginning level and move forward. When I first started learning Spanish I was on Beginner level for a long time, at least 3 sessions, because at the end of each session I felt that I had to restart it again until I fully understood the basic grammar first 😆 So It took me a while before I moved on to the next level

He married a Jamaican Creole woman so my mother was mixed up half-Chinese. LOL! Then my paternal grandfather is scottish who married a Jamaican maroon woman. More mix-up - LOL! My late Catholic priest (God rest his precious soul) was Nigerian, and he used to jokingly tease many of us Jamaicans that we were not thoroughbred like himself because we had too many ethnicities in our genes. 😅😅 Your family is so beautiful.

In Hong Kong, children can speak Cantonese Chinese, English and Mandarin Chinese. If they live or have family members in the villages of the countryside/New Territories, they may also know their eldest's regional dialect. International Schools will also have other languages available In China, it'll varies depending on which region of China and types of education
