I am 62 years old and get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night. I have spinal stenosis, i have degenerative arthritis (my knees, spine are crumbling) so I wake up alot in pain. I have set up for about 3 years now to sleep. I am propped against 4 pillows and a wedge seat. I deal with chronic pain (i live in pain), but with my pain patch (Fentanyl), I can function. I'm on a high dose of pain meds but you know what? I still have a fun time in life. I laugh a lot, and enjoy watching youtubers. I love your channel Heather, you give me reasons to laugh.... Thank you !

You sound just like me . Unfortunately I have to rely on Tramadol as I don’t react well with the morphine based pain patches
@angelaharnett6437 yes I have 8 tramadol and 8 paracetamol a day just to move about with pain. OraMorphe is the only thing that takes all the pain away for short time. But GP doesn't prescribe it.
Of course we buy 2….it’s called “Heather Knowledge“ !! And I am here for it always! Great Haul

AOA studio is the name brand from Shop miss A I have gotten things from there like a face scrub a face wash etc. I like that they have some samples for you to try and that it is very inexpensive

Yay! Heather's back! I will have to check out Miss A, guess I've been living under a rock! I like using a peel-off mask too, and I found a way to lessen the pulling on my skin.I get ahold of the edge of the mask and I use the other hand to lightly tug in the opposite direction of the way I'm pulling off the mask, so it sort of equalizes the one directional pull on my skin, and I pull slowwwly My skin is pale and sensitive (and old, at 75!) and it doesn't make my skin sting or get inflamed, if I do it that way. It works for me! BTW, I love your Amazon storefront and I will be ordering as soon as I get back from vacation. I found several things I want!❤❤❤❤
Heather, my 5 month old stares at your videos as I watch and she watches NO ONE! We LOVE your hauls! Honestly, it’s hard to watch other ppls hauls (ick) but your personality is awesome . We’re here for it as well as the reviews! 5 month old daughter approved! We love you!

Hi Heather! If we played a drinking game (and I am not much of an alcohol beverage person) and took a drink every time you said "Shop AOA" I think I would be under the table asleep for days...ROFL!! Wow, that double brush mascara is interesting...I don't think I would have figured that one out on my own! Looking for the GRWM video of that! You are so naturally funny but informative as well. I had never heard of Shop Miss A products before your video. You got some good stuff I will have to go check them out. My sleep schedule is horrible. I normally get six hours of sleep a night. I'm retired so I can get some naps in here and there. Have a good weekend. Thank you for sharing your Heather Knowledge.

@7:56 lol 🦫❤ I get about 2-3 hrs sleep at a time, 2xs, prolonged over a 10-12 hr period. It's complicated. 🤷♀️

Hey Heather! You're just spoiling us with all these videos! Hello from Northwest Wisconsin. I've had bad knees for years and just finally had my first knee replacement surgery. I'm getting ready for my 2nd one on July 31. I have to get up every 2 hours or less in the night so I don't get too stiff. So I end up getting about 4 hours of sleep on the daily. 🥴 Thank you so much for sharing all the makeup with us! 💗😁
