Great video! Helped me out on my Molle panel research for my JT; lots of choices out there. These panels seem to require the most effort and modification, but are the least expensive from what I have seen so far. I like the self tapping screws idea too; not sure if wanna drill into the Jeep, but at the end of the day its just a Jeep so no big deal really I guess...I have done much worse to my previous Jeeps.

I’m glad it helped! And I agree, with the panels provide versus the little pinhole’s, I’ll take the pin holes. I’ve already had them on for a few months and they’re still solid and I use them all the time. Have a good day!

The entire point to the elongated holes is you can adjust the panels. You put those top brackets backwards. The elongated hole should be under the bed rail. Then you could adjust the vertical positioning a bit so you don't have to trim the 115v cover.

      Not at all! They’re solid.

Looks nice! quick question did your bottle jack ever leak being stored on the side like that? Just curious as I have heard they can leak if stored on the side. I was planning to store my bottle jack on the molle panel as well and wondered what your experience was.

@@00DUCK mine have never leaked. They are tied pretty tight to the panel and don’t move around too much. This cheap bottle jack has followed around for a long time pretty good harbor freight jack haha

Drilling into my bed is a deal breaker.

Wish I knew I had to drill before I bought it ☹️

I felt the same way. But honestly these have came in way more useful than I imagined, and I would drill into the bed for a toolbox so this is the same to me.

after you drill the holes, before putting in a rivnut just use some touch up paint on the hole to reseal the paint. honestly though, those rivnuts are on so tight i doubt you would have to worry about rust.

@@starrskreamgaming he didn't use the rivnuts. He just used self tapping screws.
