That looks awesome! I've been journaling since I was 8 years old. Im now 22. I find it really helpful to cope. I started writing my journals on Word when I was 18 because I wrote a lot and it took me too much time to write it by hand. Every word document has over 500 pages for each year xD I have no idea how I can write so much LOL. Even though they're mostly a big "dumpster" of stuff that I think, feel and experience, they are helpful for me.

It doesn’t have to be perfect and write or draw whatever you please! Write notes about how your day was and I like to write lots of quotes!!! Put photos and receipts in it to save memories!!! some journal inspo: shadow work prompts monthly prompts (which reflect on the month) more or less page (things that you want to implement more in your life and things you would like less of) fav characters from movies or tv shows crushes (whether it would be celebs or an actual crush + why) year wrap up recount events that made you feel good about yourself the best feelings in the world
I really love this video because with important prompts like reflections, brains dumps, there were lists, Polaroids, a painting, memories which are fun✨ really took some inspiration!!
