2023 Artist of the Year - Becky Evans

The Art and Culture Commission selected Becky Evans as Artist of the Month for October of 2023. Of the twelve Artists of the Month selected throughout the year, the Mayor selects one to be recognized as Artist of the Year, and Becky Evans was awarded that distinction!
