Wow have to chime in here. Amy and I got married in the finger lakes. Married at the Catholic Church and reception at the Watkins Glenn harbor hotel. Love that region of NY. The gorges are really cool. Lots of great scenic places to go. The wineries are so fun. Not sure about did the auction style haha. I do love that they mostly look down towards the lake. Thanks for the memories.

The Finger Lakes is my favorite place in the USA.
If you get a chance to come back, Weis has done some major additions to the place. I was there a few days ago, they keep on building. Wonderful outdoor area now. I live about 10 minutes away.
Finger lakes region is a beautiful place to visit in the summer months and winter. They have some nice ski resorts in the area as well. Bristol mountain has an elevation of 1200 ft and great ski runs. We come down from Canada and really enjoy all the different activities Finger Lakes offer throughout the different seasons. Enjoyed watching your video.

A bit disappointed you didn’t show any of the great town of Watkins Glen. Where is the Wellness facility?
Great video! I really enjoy the drone footage and the little town at the beginning looks wonderful. I started my 2015 Ford Transit build in June and since you were always a few steps ahead of me I could just watch your video and get some ideas for my build. I’m at the point that I’m starting to look into an awning and mosquito nets for the sliding door, what a pain having to open and close that big door every few minutes when we’re camping. Anyway what are your thoughts on those and do you plan to make them an addition to your van?
Yes we did add it to the van on the sliding door so far, not sure if I’m going to add it to the back yet. Also, thanks for watching our vids, really appreciate it! How did your build turn out?
Bit late I know but, if you can recall, how difficult was parking at sites in the finger lakes with your Sprinter? We're booked for a long weekend next month and were thinking of renting a car to get around and leave our Sprinter at the RV resort.

Thanks Sherry! There are a few things I’d change and I think a video would be a good idea! But to name some, first would be to make the length of the bathroom a bit longer or to put the toilet on an elevated platform rather than build the ledge. It’s pretty tight when using the natures head. Also I’d make the door for the shower wider too. One thing I was I put more thought into was heating the water compartment area, we plan on taking the van skiing so keeping the plumbing lines from freezing is a major concern of mine

Are the finger lakes worth the trip?
It’s so hard to hear y’all when y’all are talking and then when the music comes on. the music just blares so loud.. I have to mute it. The sound is not that great. When y’all are speaking. If the volume was the same as when the music comes on, it would be perfect.
Great videos though. I feel like I’m living vicariously through y’all.
Nice visit but lose the music....you are in some peaceful country up there.
