    These close up views in this series really show your technique clearly. Thanks for doing these.

    Your striking accuracy and speed are just phenomenal! You obviously have the ultimate confidence in your abilities. My jaw drops watching you. Great blade.

    I sure appreciate your videos. I love the flaking pattern you create. It's interesting to watch you swap to the copper and be as accurate with it being longer. It's easy to trade out with equal lengths...phenomenal!

    When you broke out the primitive materials, like the rock and the antler, was that to show us how it can be done or did you prefer them in those moments? You seemed to use them near the end for finer work

    Is the platform sitting in the middle of the brass rod before you strike?

    • @myBanjohasemgz
      @myBanjohasemgz  7 месяцев назад

      Just below. I put a bevel on the bottom side of the tip. And seat the platform just below where it's starts beveling back

      Lol there's something in my brain that won't let me stop until I'm either satisfied with the piece or I break it. I'm glad you enjoyed the show!

    What kind of stone is that ? I found a point in northern minnesota of the same stuff.

      This is rootbeer from the Texas hill country. What you found was very likely knife river flint which I believe comes out of the dakotas

    Beautiful...it’s amazing how you can put so much focused power into making those final notches, without breaking the piece... well done 👍👍👍
