Great place. Very good location, great food, mega rooms, great service. The pool can't be beat.
Reception was the only negative, total disaster, understaffed, slow and very poor communication.

Top: The room (more precisely an apartment) was very large with a great view. However, with extremely dirty discs. - Very large pool (12th floor) in the midst of an interesting high-rise backdrop. - Good location near Metro (Financial Centre) on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Bad: The viewing terrace was/is closed for an indefinite period. No one could/would give more detailed information on this. - Frequent "endless" waiting times at the elevators for the upper floors of the hotel. Only 2 elevators for floors 40-75, cannot work. - My breakfast was completely cleared away while I caught up on something. This is annoying and should be avoided at least in good hotels.
Conclusion: Living in what is currently the tallest hotel in the world is not unreservedly good, but in view of the cheap introductory offers it was definitely an acceptable deal.

More like a 3 star hotel, the rooms aren't dirty, the windows are so dirty that you can't see the view. Rooms only on the top floor with large windows to recommend! the rooms on the lower floor (studio, suite etc) are disastrous, even more run down, dark, dirty and street noise makes it impossible to sleep.

Elevator waiting 30 min and at reception entrance at highest floor waiting 10 min nobody was there -Quality food not good and it was cold

The only thing that is really great about this hotel is the wonderful view and the great location, otherwise I can't recommend the hotel, especially for longer stays!

Amazing experience!! The view was spectacular and food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

The service from Gevora Hotel was really lovely. Everyone was very friendly and especially the room service was excellent. The location was also great, as you could reach the metro station in a few minutes. Breakfast was also very varied. There were different dishes every day. We also got a room with a great view. The pool was also one of the highlights with an excellent view of the Burj Khalifa.
