I hope the people of London have insisted on a full and thorough audit of the Mayors accounts. These instances are cropping up too often and should be investigated by an independent company. Maybe we should have an audit in all government departments that have access to our taxes, including those that control the taxpayers money in Scotland .. Nothing surprises me anymore.
