Unless something wrong with your equipment, 300 is more than enough it takes about 30-40 sec until modem is ready to be lifted.

Hello all failures without imei and looking repaired or there are cases that have no solution?

I have a weird network issue. Detects sim. In settings shows modem and IMEI but says no service and dial *#06# doesn't show IMEI. Jumpered both pads. Replaced bb PMU. Same thing. Any ideas?

Do you get "no service", searching or weak signal? Are you in a remote area? Make sure that you don't have weak signal issue that is fairly common too. Next thing you should try is to put multimiter into diode mode and go through each pin of base band to find pins that are damaged or have significant discrepancies in resistance.

Banana Service Repair Center Goes from searching to no service. Then remove sim and put it back and instant no service.

Hard to say in this case, I would recommend checking your soldering job first, then get multimeterand start testing all the pins.
