As the Gaskets are impossible to get. i used a routing machine with a knife adaptor. Once drawn using cad i ran it through my router and out comes cracking gaskets as though the kremlin sent them direct .

Do you know if the gaskets for a AI-9 differ from a AI-9V.
Can I help you with documentation for these engines, I have a russian version and a google translate version in English (only the AI-9V part of it), also got a exploded view pdf file, it helped me when disassableling the engine.

Some gaskets are high temp, some normal. The gasket sealer varies too. Some is a mix of lacker and aluminium powder. Main can is just high temp silicon. I have translated the manual, way better than the Google ver.
