I've got two HR-2510 radio's and they're wonderful rigs. One has the ChipSwitch CPU and is beat up but still works while the second HR-2510 has the stock CPU and looks brand new like your HR-2600 does here (just bought it last week actually). When I got the latest HR-2510 I discovered it had never been modified for CB operation which was a pleasant surprise, as there are very few left in the world that haven't been converted for CB operation. I paid $100 delivered price. These really are fine rigs IF you can get them for a reasonable price and IF they're in good condition, as most of them have been bastardized with all kinds of modifications. I'm very fortunate to have found one that was still 100% factory stock :)
