I also got this wardrobe thing. For my nursery. I ended using it as under the stairs shoe storage and built it to fit under them. The higher you build it the less stable it gets !!!and I ended up not using the doors. 😅

i feel like this year just started, but it's already about to be the 3rd month of the year!! how crazy is that?? i feel like i've done so so much this year already, but at the same time, still setting my goals and expectations. it must really be true that once you get older, the time just passes by... and i honestly still don't know how to feel about that or this year in general TT what you said in the beginning of this video is sooo true--there's so much expectations for 2024 to be "the" year and there's just so much pressure so i'm just a bit overwhelmed, to be honest, ahhh. i look forward to more mark vlogs~~ i love them so much and i love to watch them as i work!! especially solo travels---one day (maybe this year), i hope to have courage to solo travel as well. cheersss

I bought my daughter the Lego flower kit. She’s put them in one of those fish Glug vases. They look fabulous! I’ve stopped buying daffodils as much as I love them the last lot I got only lasted 3 days. When you think about it they are just in boxes in the supermarket they aren’t in buckets of water.
I totally agree with everything you said! It's not just your fyp, social media is really getting out of hand. I feel like people are living in an alternate reality where there are really weird, specific and unrealistic rules about how you should be, and if you don't follow them you're considered cringy or icky. It's so hard not to let that type of content affect you because it's literally everywhere, and the only way to fully ignore it is to delete apps like tiktok. I have also been finding it really scary and strange how normalised it is now a days to film strangers on the street to then make fun of them online...like sometimes I'm scared to do anything in public in case someone will make fun of me!! so stupid. This is why channels like yours are so important :), you are such a positive and non-judgemental person, I really appreciate your content! I wish there were more people like you in the world. 6:39 as someone who suffers from obsessive/intrusive thoughts (not been officially diagnosed with OCD). Stuff like “do this or this will happen” can trigger thoughts in people like me, and that’s not fair, that social media doesn’t think about how these things could trigger things for others.

Couldn’t agree more with the social media content lately! I’ve created a ‘get out the winter slump/spring clean your life’ vlog and Insta templates to post this evening. To do a positive march challenge to help people add more in there life of what they want/love etc just doing you and what you want type thing to boost us back up!!!!! I remember growing up and always feeling like I didn't fit in but desperately wanted to and I would change who I was and compare myself to others just to try to fit in and I ended up losing myself in the process and not liking who I had become, it was soul destroying honestly but as I have grown up I have learned to stop comparing myself to others and to embrace the weird, geek that I am, i own it and I don't care what others think of me now, I'm happy and I know the friends I have around me now love me for me!

Always excited when theres a new video from you! That cabinet would be good for like, a laundry room or household storage but yeah I don’t think it goes with your amazing decor! I agree with the social media, I don’t have TikTok anymore because of how angry some videos made me 😅 I think it’s important to also recognize we are all experiencing lots of hate and war in our world right now and seeing that in social media and it’s very traumatic to watch and feel helpless in not knowing what to do…I know that impacts me and I know it’s a privilege as well to be able to “turn off” that stuff. But it’s still there and a very real part of our lives these days!
I was born in October but I love the spring. I've spent atleast 2 days out of the week since November taking parents to casualty. I feel sorry under 30s with social media.. But I feel this will be good ive already ticked a couple of things off the list.
I think with social media you can tailor it, you can unfollow accounts you can block and you can say you are not interested in something, you can mute certain words etc. So you can be in control of what you see and don’t see.
I could imagine that it’s made it harder for you coming off of your high of Volgmas. It was go go go everyday and a sudden stop which I think could make a difference. I hope you find your frequent cheers again. Love ya❤

Mark, I feel the social media rant so much!! I deleted my Instagram and started over with a new one where I only told a few trusted friends to follow. Now I post whatever I want with no fear of being judged for being cringe and have limited the amount of people I follow so my feed isn’t filled with people trying to influence me. It has been such a relief. I didn’t know how much I was being impacted until it was gone. ❤❤ Also I love that jacket!! It’s great, you’ll find the perfect place to wear it.

I so agreed with everything you said about social media (mainly tiktok) to you or anyone watching the best thing I have ever done for my mental health is deleting tiktok I find my anxiety and overall mental health has improved so much, if you feel like you need to delete it just do it! I completely understand mark. My health has been really bad for months now, had loads of infections and asthma attacks, and going online and seeing people’s negativity and putting people down is so… ugh. It doesn’t make me feel better. But I can’t stop going on, especially when I’m stuck inside! Ridiculous cycle isn’t it! Always always love your positivity, acceptance and self love (no pressure tho haha).

Mark, at the point where I was feeling deep anxieties and insecurities on social media, I dramatically changed my relationship with social media and curated by content very carefully. I deleted instagram, twitter, and snapchat years ago. I kept comparing myself to everyone. The only thing I have is tiktok but i block and stop "recommending" videos that I simply do not like. I keep funny and educational stuff. Nothing else. You don't need to be as extreme but definitely do some curating!
Honestly Mark, the start of my year has been so shite, but I met you last week when you bought the paint and it’s just kept me going. We love you so much, you’re always our safe space on social media! 🫶
Im not sure if others have mentioned it, but next time you see one hold in the video and click not interested or if its one you think is quite damaging to peoples mental health i report and block as false information as its not fair for sure 💕xx
Ugh I totally agree with the social media rant, the paranoid fuelled posts remind me of the chain spam emails back in the day that would saying stuff like "if you don't forward this to 25 people you'll have bad luck for the rest of the year" or something crazy like that. It disappeared for a while and now we're back!! I think people will just bait for likes/engagement and it's so exhausting being on the other end consuming it. Loved the video Mark! I always think it’s that first hint of longer days and mild weather that is fake spring at the end of jan/early feb then we get hit again with second winter before real spring and it throws us. lol also maybe we had too much final destination types films too young lol mark so we now are hella superstitious 😂😂😂

Couldn’t agree more with the social media content lately! I’ve created a ‘get out the winter slump/spring clean your life’ vlog and Insta templates to post this evening. To do a positive march challenge to help people add more in there life of what they want/love etc just doing you and what you want type thing to boost us back up!!!!! One of my main things is unfollowing things that do not bring you joy!!!! You bring joy 😂😂 loved this video!!!! Xx

I remember growing up and always feeling like I didn't fit in but desperately wanted to and I would change who I was and compare myself to others just to try to fit in and I ended up losing myself in the process and not liking who I had become, it was soul destroying honestly but as I have grown up I have learned to stop comparing myself to others and to embrace the weird, geek that I am, i own it and I don't care what others think of me now, I'm happy and I know the friends I have around me now love me for me!

This is the reason i do not go on tik tok anymore use to be on for hours taking everything in it really does change your mood. Always excited when theres a new video from you! That cabinet would be good for like, a laundry room or household storage but yeah I don’t think it goes with your amazing decor! I agree with the social media, I don’t have TikTok anymore because of how angry some videos made me 😅 I think it’s important to also recognize we are all experiencing lots of hate and war in our world right now and seeing that in social media and it’s very traumatic to watch and feel helpless in not knowing what to do…I know that impacts me and I know it’s a privilege as well to be able to “turn off” that stuff. But it’s still there and a very real part of our lives these days!
I was born in October but I love the spring. I've spent atleast 2 days out of the week since November taking parents to casualty. I feel sorry under 30s with social media.. But I feel this will be good ive already ticked a couple of things off the list.
If when my fyp becomes crazy I just hit the home button and it resets it and I will start getting things I am more in tune with.
I think with social media you can tailor it, you can unfollow accounts you can block and you can say you are not interested in something, you can mute certain words etc. So you can be in control of what you see and don’t see.

Mark, I feel the social media rant so much!! I deleted my Instagram and started over with a new one where I only told a few trusted friends to follow. Now I post whatever I want with no fear of being judged for being cringe and have limited the amount of people I follow so my feed isn’t filled with people trying to influence me. It has been such a relief. I didn’t know how much I was being impacted until it was gone. ❤❤

And it really affects my mental health, I also seen the ones where if you like,comment share you will start dating the person you been connected too. 🤦🏻♀️ I’m done with those type of videos. I so agreed with everything you said about social media (mainly tiktok) to you or anyone watching the best thing I have ever done for my mental health is deleting tiktok I find my anxiety and overall mental health has improved so much, if you feel like you need to delete it just do it! I appreciate you being so open with your audience

I completely understand mark. My health has been really bad for months now, had loads of infections and asthma attacks, and going online and seeing people’s negativity and putting people down is so… ugh. It doesn’t make me feel better. But I can’t stop going on, especially when I’m stuck inside! Ridiculous cycle isn’t it! Always always love your positivity, acceptance and self love (no pressure tho haha).

Mark, at the point where I was feeling deep anxieties and insecurities on social media, I dramatically changed my relationship with social media and curated by content very carefully. I deleted instagram, twitter, and snapchat years ago. I kept comparing myself to everyone. The only thing I have is tiktok but i block and stop "recommending" videos that I simply do not like. I keep funny and educational stuff. Nothing else. You don't need to be as extreme but definitely do some curating!
Honestly Mark, the start of my year has been so shite, but I met you last week when you bought the paint and it’s just kept me going. We love you so much, you’re always our safe space on social media! 🫶
Im not sure if others have mentioned it, but next time you see one hold in the video and click not interested or if its one you think is quite damaging to peoples mental health i report and block as false information as its not fair for sure 💕xx

Ugh I totally agree with the social media rant, the paranoid fuelled posts remind me of the chain spam emails back in the day that would saying stuff like "if you don't forward this to 25 people you'll have bad luck for the rest of the year" or something crazy like that. It disappeared for a while and now we're back!! I think people will just bait for likes/engagement and it's so exhausting being on the other end consuming it.

I always think it’s that first hint of longer days and mild weather that is fake spring at the end of jan/early feb then we get hit again with second winter before real spring and it throws us. lol also maybe we had too much final destination types films too young lol mark so we now are hella superstitious 😂😂😂
