The idea of Naruto having the abilities of an outsoutsuki is very interesting, like if he had urashiki's fishing rod, or momoshiki's palm rinnegan, that would do for great what if's!

False, in the manga kawaki did CLEARLY said to boruto he did seal naruto and hinata using "daikokuten" (showing one of these cube to him) a dimension where time doesn't flow and also one of isshiki's eye ability. Isshiki himself (not using jigen body and the karma) was able to open space time portal as well so it's safe to assume that's one of his eye ability. His shrinking ability does not affect living things yes but that doesn't mean the others won't work.

ayo there's something I've been thinking about, since shadow clones can do jutsu, you could teach the reaper death seal to a clone and make him use it, then when the Shinigami was pulling the enemy's soul you undo the clone, the shinigami would only take your enemy's soul (this is disregarding the fact that clones may not have souls and you could just let them die and the shinigami would not take anything)

ayo there's something I've been thinking about, since shadow clones can do jutsu, you could teach the reaper death seal to a clone and make him use it, then when the Shinigami was pulling the enemy's soul you undo the clone, the shinigami would only take your enemy's soul (this is disregarding the fact that clones may not have souls and you could just let them die and the shinigami would not take anything)
All things that a clone takes transfer to the user so nah
It would probably work like how if Naruto's clone turns into a frog, so will he.

That is what turned naruto into Kakashi I mean his abilities are so powerful that Kakashi says you need to hide this power I mean naruto could just put an eye patch on or put is headband over his head
You might have to do a part 2! Even kawki didn’t have or can’t use all of his abilities. Even boruto can’t use his eye much yet. They are older, have karma seal, and have way more chakra than Naruto and way smarter! So it make sense if he unlock his abilities later in the story. Even sage of 6th path took awhile until he unlock his eyes abilities. Even hyuga clan don’t all unlock the eyes nor use it right away
