Thanks for your comment. Hong Kong Transport Department did not allow two axle vehicle over 16 tones, so most of the buses are tri axle.

Yes, Citybus import 10.6m Olympian in 2 different time periods, first batch was produced by leyland and the last batch was produced by Volvo, both of them were recorded in this video.

Funny how here in the UK we had Olympians longer than this on just 2 axles. Must be the heavy aircon unit that makes them require the tag axle

m8 it was 1995-1998 so the Hong Kong regulations said that until 2010, all vehicles weighing more than 16 tonnes need 3 axles not 20-22 tonnes on two axles, as of today.
