The infrastructure of justice does not exist so it will be let go. Politicians change. The govt employee like police and prosecutor, judges etc are middle class people burdened with everyday struggles of life. People need to revolt to uphaul the system. Politician can serve the people not vice versa. Media help to maintain illusion of justice when none exists. Even now it is common person on street that is demanding justice and not elected reps. Very sad situation..not sure how valuable is freedom and high gdp in face of such lawlessness.
