Hey thanks. I have a 2009 Suzuki Swift and had no idea how to change the headlight globe. Turns out it was almost identical to the featured model and "bingo" I have a new globe safely in my car.
Hi Samantha, Great news so pleased the video helped you. Please remember to give the thumbs up and subscribe :) If I ever have access to a 2009 Swift I will be sure to make some videos on it :) Ross
Just completed my first ever bulb change thank you for the helpful video! Confidence boosted 👍👍

This is really helpful, thanks for this mate
Hey Sanchit no worries at all, I am making a video on the rear ones too :) and will upload soon. Ross
Nice one - thanks. I found the stock halogens in my 2022 GLX very dim, so got a pair of Philips GT200's instead. Followed your easy instructions and it was a snap (I am mechanically challenged). Haven't tested at night yet, but did a side-by-side and the new bulb is noticeably brighter and with a much whiter tone, instead of looking like a torch from 1983.
That's great glad the video was a help, have you tried them at night yet?
@@RossPerryProductions Yip - great improvement. Noticeably better illumination of the road ahead and objects to the side, without dazzling anybody. Would have liked a slightly whiter tone, but it also seems this can have the opposite of the desired effect in rainy/misty conditions, so quite happy.
Very Good ! - Many Thanks.
Easier to do than on my beloved Toyota Yaris.
Same bulb and procedure as on Yaris but lots more room in the swift.
Just bought a 2018 Swift.
Sad to say goodbye to my 2003 Yaris diesel - 305,000 miles and still purring along.
No worries at all, and always sad to see an old car go isn't it and wow 305k miles!!!

Unlock the algorithm's potential with a touch of Maruti magic! 😄🚀😂😂
Haha if only!!!

It made my job so easy.
No worries at all, I am glad it helped :) Thanks for watching and your comment
You’re a legend for this tutorial! Super easy. Question, does it necessarily matter what way you put the rubber boot on? I noticed my passenger one is a completely different way (first time I’ve ever looked, never touched them myself)
Hi there thanks, and glad I could help. No not really as long as it has a seal the whole way around, its main purpose is to stop water and moisture from entering the light.
@@RossPerryProductions Thank you! I assumed the same but just wanted your input 🙏🏼
No worries at all thanks for your message and watching :) I have made a few videos on the Swift now. @@thepatandmalivickshw

No worries at all, thanks for watching and your comment. Ross
Does this also work with white lightbulbs because i saw on a philips video on their channel that it needs some sort of extra cooling because it is white light???
it depends on the bulbs you are looking to use, are you thinking of a high power LED with a high K rating?
Thank mate, this really helped me
No worries at all thanks for watching.
I had the last model of swift 2014, & it had sidelights, but now have a 2018 boosterjet 1.0 szt, does this have sidelight function? Or are the daytime running lights a replacement for this ?
Hi there Paul I believe the daytime running lights replace sidelights.
Thank you So much man

Hi there, well the car is in Australia, and they are not made here so I guess it was imported.
