The acting in the movie is spot on perfect. Even though soldiers train and have seen movies and so on, it is still hard to mentally process what you see when you are fired upon in real combat especially the first time. I myself am a Ukraine vet and Ukraine was my first real experience of war, and the things you see are almost indescribable to people who have not experienced real war. You have to experience it to fully grasp it

That scene with a mutiled soldier looking for his lost arm and taking it with him was terrible; the bad thing is that I did not feel the need for shouting :-|
