I've seen some more typical vlogs of southern Sweden...mostly drives from Malmö to Simrishamn and the coast. Nothing covering museums and the odder things in the region, so this was great! Arnold's museum looking like fun -- and the hair shot was a riot. The Ladonia stop was also great. Is there any upkeep on the sculptures, or is it wander-at-your-own-risk? 😀
Arnold was a completely amazing guy! But so was James Bond, actually :D I loved Ladonia (or Nimis) but there's definitely no upkeep. There's rusty nails all over the place, murky planks, etc. I felt a bit worried when kids were running around chasing each other in there ^_^
@@ThreeStarVagabond The Swedish Navy was moved from Stockholm to Karlskrona after 1658. And then the town was built. In the earlier Danish period there was only a farm there.
Thanks for checking it out :D I think Birgitta has to be a pretty unusual name abroad, but happy to hear that there are still some people called it ^_^
Wow! This is so interesting. Thank you for showing us Southern Sweden and Malmo, so many unusual sights along the way. That disgusting food museum was 🤢🤣😂 Your vlogs just get better and better! 👏👍😁
Great job with this video! I really enjoyed the views of the castles, the 007 museum and the sights from the waters edge. My wife is in Stockholm now, but my Son and I were unable to go with to visit Sweden. I love your content. It has provided me an opportunity to see so much of Sweden. Unfortunately it cost too much to fly there from America and travel around. Thank you.
It's getting really expensive to travel in general unfortunately! But yeah, I really had a great trip - I loved exploring all of these little places :D
I guessed the Cliff Burton site as soon as it said Ljungby on the screen. Can't imagine there much else out there, apart from the Cliff Burton museum, or whatever it's called. That car cemetery almost looks like a big post-modern art installation.
Exactly! The funny thing is that I drove past Ljungby when I did another road trip video a couple of years ago, and literally said that there's nothing to see there :D Haha yes! But it was really cool to see. So surreal! And I almost destroyed my shoes getting there
Awesome video, the south of Sweden has a lot of interesting things from old military forts to a. Museum dedicated to terrible food, now who would think about opening that type of museum? The James Bond museum looked really cool with all the artifacts, I must say the rabbit holding the pistol made me laugh, I guess if we hunt them, fair is fair. Stay Safe till next time
Totally agree! I loved the rabbit, and the museums in general. Completely weird stuff, and I enjoyed it immensely. Great trip overall, would recommend everyone to explore that area :D
Actually I’m from Nybro but have never been to the Bond-museum, but can comment that factories like Kährs supplied many homes with wooden flooring an Ljungdahls made envelopes, used by most of us. Two of my kids live in Kalmar, did you see them?! You missed my sister in Kristianstad. A great video! Will share with mu US friends.
I've been back and forth across south Sweden on a roadtrip a few times and only knew about half the places in this video. I'll have to check it out next time I'm in the mystical east of Sverige. Except for maybe the disgusting food museum we have enough of that in Iceland.
Yes...I have been to Oskarshamn when I was a Merchant Navy sailor ... It was Winter time and I remember that the Sea was Frozen and could step on It. I had never seen that before. The Town was nice and neat though.... Nice Country Sverig/Sweden. Greetings from Spain ... ❤😮😅😊❤
Thanks for telling those memories! I'm used to being able to walk on frozen lakes, personally, but it must be amazing when it's the first time. Cheers, and hope you have a great time in Spain!
Another interesting and informative vlog Miro 👍 just glad that I had finished my breakfast before we visited the disgusting food museum with you😝 you are really brave trying some of those items - I don’t think I could do that without 🤮. Thanks for sharing the good with the disgusting 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Haha, I actually wouldn't have gone to that museum if I wasn't filming! But now I'm happy I went there - it really wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be :D Cheers!
Brother, thanks for your informative video. We want to move Gothernburg soon. Can u pls suggest some location which is good for living in Gothernburg depending on those aspects, Accommodation cost for couples, job availability, transportation, and living costs?
Another interesting and informative video, but where are all the people? 😅 Here in Sardinia there's a sheep's milk cheese with maggots in it called Casu Marzu. It's illegal to produce and sell, but if you know the right people... 😉
Haha, this is Sweden - that's all the people we have :D No, but I was traveling during Easter when people were away, and I was often filming early in the morning. Oh, and I think I saw that Casu Marzu at the museum! Completely disgusting!
Most famous Lutheran? Um... Damn, that's hard to say, because basically everyone after the 1600s have been a Lutheran. And I really wouldn't know! Haha I guess there are gun stores? Or smuggled ones from gangs unfortunately?
With regards to Malmo, get rid of the imported 3rd world problems, I'm sure the crime would dramatically diminish. Mass Immigration destroys good countries.

har du käkat i Toftaholm sen, efter du varit i Cliff Burtons gravsten?
Tyvärr inte... Det var värsta spontana stoppet längs vägen bara!
Weather looks better in south
It's definitely milder down there! But it was still a cold Easter weekend that one

Jönköping?
I'm planning a trip to Jönköping, Gränna and Visingsö a bit later - but unfortunately I just didn't have time to squeeze it in during these days :)
