  • Assalamualaikum salam Ramadhan. Kali ni ingin saya kongsikan resepi kuih lejen iaitu kuih ketayap. Kuih ni tanpa menggunakan telur dan santan namun tetap lembut bila dimakan.
    Inti Ketayap :
    2 cawan kelapa parut
    1 cawan gula merah
    1 helai daun pandan
    Kulit Ketayap :
    250g tepung gandum
    50g tepung ubi
    secubit garam
    700ml air
    1 sb minyak sayuran
    Sedikit pewarna pilihan

    Assalamualaikum greetings Ramadan. This time I would like to share the recipe for the legendary cake, which is kuih ketayap. This cake does not use eggs and coconut milk but remains soft when eaten.
    Ketayap Filling :
    2 cups of grated coconut
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 pandan leaf
    Ketayap Skin:
    250g wheat flour
    50g tapioca flour
    a pinch of salt
    700ml of water
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    A little coloring of choice
