Demitri had a good heart to be friends with him growing up
The reason why Robby easily beat Hawk this season is because Hawk is not that skilled yet and plus he’s a hothead. They had their rematch in S4 in which Hawk beat Robby since he improved his skills from Miyagi do and becomes a smarter fighter than when he was in cobra kai
Not even that hawk is over confident if he just focus and try dodging more he could at least do better because at some point he thought he could beat Miguel
This scene reminds me of Battle of Geonosis in Episode 2
Where is the security to stop them fighting? Laughable.
It was shown in the previous clip - the only security guard on duty was on a lunch break 🙄

I think the selling point of the show had never been the fighting choreography but the story and characters development. IMO It is really great for a sequel series like this. If you loved the Karated Kid movies, you would see that the choreography of those movies are garbage compare to other movies at that time, but people loved it because of the characters and story/message
