      @@marcfleig48 It can be achieved with training. I've always been fast with punching and wrestling but I had zero agility with running. I had running speed after the first few steps but no agility at 17 weighing 215 lean and muscular then at 23 I was leaner and more muscular weighing 236 and I was the most agile Football player around because of how I trained.

      Yes I agree but looking deeper into it, I think the only person he really disrespected was Frank Mir (which I completely agree with) because of his super cocky arrogant attitude towards Brock and how he bashed a whole industry from his work in WWE prior. Brock goes in to defeat someone without any emotion about it, but Frank made it personal and in my opinion, got utterly humiliated for it.

    • @justinsutter3602
      @justinsutter3602 2 года назад

      @Andy Ok I guess I don't know the full history there but I'll give you that. I will just always love what happened to Mir though. Love Brock, casually watch some MMA, and the only person I truly didn't like was Mir. Even McGregor acting how he does, I'm impartial because he is a showman but something about the auro or chemistry of Mir, Idk what it is but that guy is so easy to hate.

  • @BlueBarrier782

    Randy was one of the greatest not just because of his skill and wrestling ability, but because of his heart. Nobody else could just keep going and going like Randy could, even if the chips were down. There is a reason why they call him "Captain America" and it wasn't just because of his military background.
    Really cool to see him train here with Brock. Brock is a talented athlete, he will still be around for a while in the LHW division. Maybe not for a title again, but still at the top.

    I respect lesnar alot and miss him in the UFC, i think he could have been at the top for along time, if he had not gotten sick, that took alot out of him, he fought alot differently when he came back, missed the agressiveness and explosiveness. I always looked forward to seeeing him fight, win or loose but i always cheered for him, strangely he was the underdog most of the time because people saw him as just a wwe superstar, instead of the freak athlete he is..

    Most top wrestlers have a very strong mentality & always trained to take a lot of pain so I guess that good & wholesome attitude plays a huge role in his improvement & training to be a better MMA Fighter.

LOL and these are the hexhead dumbells too -- they just feel heavier than the "other" kind. It's hard for me to judge on size alone, though, as I weigh 174 and can only do 90-pounders for 8 reps. I've never actually held one this big before...(That's what she said...) LOL

    @x5NYx Of course, right now there aren't enough fighters to create a new division, but new fighters will enter. As with most things, it will take some time to flesh out. A win by decision isn't that good of a win, even if Couture did pull it off -- he is not the future of the division, but he would be a beast in a 220 LB division -- that was the original point of my comments.

    I can't believe that Lesnar fought Couture -- they look two weight classes apart. I think the U.F.C. needs to make a 220 LB class for guys like Couture, because, otherwise, the only champions after Lesnar are going to be 265 (more like 290 walking) monsters. In fact, they should also make a 235 class for guys like Cro Cop, Nogueira, and Velasquez, as well.

    brock is a fuckingggg MACHINE! just look at the strength and power. his wrestling ability is amazing, his amatuer record is mind boggling. I'm sure he's been training to strike with carwin and absolutely focused on a gameplan to counter carwins strikes. I'm not saying he's got it hands down.. but the ones that say carwin will flog him are very very mistaken

    It's so refreshing to see top fighters not acting like egomaniacal dickheads that it's sad. Wish they were all like this.

    @woolrocks my biggest concern is that with the refs. if an mma fighter only has one goal in mind and that is to grab their opponent and grab them the whole fight then its encumbant upon the ref to break up the humping when there is a lack of activity for more than 10 sec. especially in the hw division where it is quite easy for them to just latch on and eek out a decision. cheers

    Jeez louise. I would not want to be Shane Carwin. Brocks looking even leaner and more powerful than he was before his injury! O.O

    its an interesting match and ive been waiting for it for a long time. This is the true match which will determine how gud lesnar is. He beat Frank but thats cuz that match wuz gud for his style. We might see one of these guys on their back and seeing how they deal with fighting off their back will be fun. In my opinion if sumone gets taken down in the middle of the octagon they r screwed seeing that both of these guys have world class ground and pound. Im a big brock fan. Shane has K.O POWER tho
